Very rude sales woman. My wife wanted to buy a concealer from Natasha Denona, she found a package which was already opened. The sales woman there insisted and wanted to force us to buy the opened package and blamed us that we are the ones who opened it. The said that we are liars, my wife doesn’t speak German. So she didn’t understand a word. The sales woman told her that she’s a liar and she understood German. At the end she said, if we don’t buy the opened package, we can’t buy anything else and we have to go out of the Sephora shop. So so rude. I think she’s racist! I often stop by this corner in Hannover to check out new product launches, and while the selection is always interesting, the store's cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

There are usually 2-3 staff members present, but despite that, the place consistently looks messy. It really wouldn’t take much time to wipe things down and keep the stands clean, yet that rarely seems to happen.

Nach meinem heutigen Besuch hier bin ich extrem enttäuscht von dieser Sephora Filiale. Drei genervte Mitarbeiter/-innen haben direkt auf uns herabgesehen, anscheinend wurden wir aufgrund unseres Aussehens verurteilt. Nachdem ich nur einen Tester einer Palette ausprobiert habe, ist der Mitarbeiter mit dem Zopf sofort in meine Richtung, hat das letzte Produkt mitgenommen, damit ich das bloß nicht kaufe und ist zu den beiden anderen Mitarbeiterinnen gegangen, um ein lautes „Habt mal ein Auge auf die“, obwohl wir nicht mal eine negative Sache von uns gegeben haben, weil das keine 2 Minuten waren, in denen wir überhaupt in dem Laden waren. Ich verstehe sowas einfach nicht, wer seid ihr denn bitte, dass ihr euch so krass fühlt? Nachdem ich an der Kasse war, bin ich trotzdem freundlich geblieben, es kam aber kein Hallo, nicht einmal der Betrag wurde genannt. Ich habe nicht einmal realisiert, dass sie auf das Geld wartet. Aus Protest und Hass wurde mein gesamtes Rückgeld in 2€ und 20 Cent Stücken zurückgegeben. Außerdem ist man hier mit anderen Sachen wie (u.a.) das Führen privater Gespräche beschäftigt. Sowas lächerliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich werde das auf jeden Fall an die Zentrale weiterleiten und das nicht einfach so stehen lassen, dass man aufgrund seines Aussehens hier diskriminiert und verurteilt und dementsprechend schlecht behandelt wird. So viel Hass muss man echt nicht in sich tragen. Ich wünsche solchen Menschen einfach nur Frieden im Leben, damit sie ihre Frust nicht an unschuldigen Kunden rauslassen...
