After hearing numerous recommendations, I decided to try this restaurant, hoping for a memorable meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Despite the high expectations set by its intriguing name and the festive season, the reality was a letdown.

Firstly, the wait time to be seated and to order was excessively long, even with understanding the busy period. However, what truly marred the experience was the service and the quality of food. The dishes I ordered, specifically the pepper chicken and beef dumplings, were disappointingly bland and bore little resemblance to their traditional flavors. Attempts to address this with the staff were met with dismissiveness.

Moreover, the service was erratic and unprofessional. Promises of complimentary drinks were arbitrarily retracted by what appeared to be a manager, who communicated in an incomprehensible dialect and refused to accommodate in English. The waiting staff's behavior further declined into inappropriate personal inquiries and unsolicited matchmaking attempts, creating an uncomfortable dining atmosphere.

The evening concluded with a service member's unsolicited comments on personal matters, which were both inappropriate and sexist. The insistence on outdated gender roles and the audacity to critique personal de sions were astounding. An attempt to apologize seemed to place the blame on alcohol consumption, which is unacceptable in a professional setting.

The overall experience was one of disappointment and discomfort. The food did not live up to the hype, and the service was below the standard expected of any establishment, let alone one that comes so highly recommended. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted on poor management and a lack of respect for customers. The food was very delicious, however the service was poor. I do not want to blame the waitress who was very nice but i must say it took too long to serve the food. 13 people 8 dishes we were there from 17:30 till 20:00 till we finish. you will get 5 stars if you improve the speed of delivery. We were nearly the only one in the restaurants and there were a few takeaway deliveries. You have to increase the speed. This is an honest review! I really love the food and i have been buying normally to go, but i have had friends for visit and for the first time we went there to eat. I recently visited Heimway and was very disappointed with my experience. The taste of the dishes was terrible. The chicken was of poor quality, and it was tough and bland. Additionally, the rice was poorly cooked and tasted awful.

To make matters worse, when I received the bill, I noticed that the prices were higher than what was listed on the menu. This inconsistency is unacceptable and left a bad impression.
