MoschMosch — Restaurant in Heilbronn

Very bad experience very disappointing the staff was awful we where there just for a drink we wait a lot of time to order at one point we went inside to order at the bar the lady at the bar didn’t know what was a savignon Blanc … when I told her she instantly roll back her eyes.. we picked up our drinks and we set at the terrace. After have our drinks we went inside to pay we wait like 10 min nobody came to us then we call the lady at the bar and we gave her 50€ to pay a 11€ bill she looked us and she was confused the she call her college they looked confused at one point the guy said to her college to check the bill in case was fake they call another colleague they where 3 ppl from the staff trying to give us the change from a bill of 11€ that we payed with a bill of 50€ “so complicated right” we said to them why they didn’t control the bill from the couple before us they where German people and we are Ausländer ? It was rude becouse they did it in front of us … so after say that the guy from the staff start to talk to us very arrogant and rude so we wait another 5 min for them 3 people from the staff to give us the change .. and is not the first time when I go there and I have a bad experience. Very disappointed and very sad that I’m Germany hospitality is very low quality they are not nice and welcoming to the customers at all I work in hospitality myself and I never behave like this with people who come to a place to...

So I went on a trip from Paris to Heilbronn and our next stop is Vienna. We came at around 6:30 PM to dine, the restaurant wasn't really busy, but as we waited for the dishes to come, it filled up quickly! The service was amazing! The waitress was really polite with us! One of us ordered a spicy dish without knowing that it's spicy and didn't like it, BUT, it got replaced with a non spicy version of it! We weren't even chqrged for two of the dishes! Really nice of you! Anyways, the food was 💞 AMAZING 💞, absolutely amazing. The morgensonne ramen soup was delicious! The menu was nice! Really diverse and plenty of choices. We also got some dumplings to share, also nice. The restaurant was decorated with all sorts of asian traditional decorations. I liked that there was a huge wall with Japanese and Chinese newspapers. Really nice! Totally...

Wir haben „To go“ bestellt. Das Essen war bei Abholung fertig, auf den Bezahlvorgang mussten wir 10 Minuten warten bis ein Mitarbeiter kam, der abkassierte. Mit Einfahrt in die Garage zuhause klingelt plötzlich das Handy: „Hallo, Sie haben gerade hier bestellt, aber zu wenig bezahlt. Das war eine falsche Rechnung.“ - „Okay. Und jetzt?“ - „Sie müssen bitte das Geld vorbeibringen, ich muss das sonst aus eigener Tasche bezahlen.“ Ich habe daraufhin gebeten mit dem Chef zu sprechen. „Der ist nicht da, der ruft sie in einer Stunde an.“- soweit so gut. Zwei Minuten später packen wir das Essen aus und stellen fest, dass das Curry statt wie bestellt mit Reis mit Nudeln ist: eine überschaubare Menge Nudeln, die im Curry schwimmt. Ich rufe also erneut dort an, schildere das Problem. „Alles klar, wir machen das neu mit Reis, ich bringe es zu Ihnen, dann können Sie auch gleich die Differenz bezahlen. Adresse?“ - Wohnort mitgeteilt. Die Differenz muss ich voll bezahlen, darauf besteht der junge Mann. Gut, also Bargeldreste zusammengekratzt und Warten während das Gegenüber schon isst. Das „falsche“ Curry will der Mitarbeiter von MoschMosch nämlich wieder mitnehmen (!) … da klingelt erneut das Handy: „Sorry, also es ist jetzt so: Es gibt keinen Reis mehr. Der braucht ab jetzt eine Stunde, bis er fertig ist. Sie können das Curry mit den Nudeln essen und müssen nichts mehr überweisen, ich komme heute nicht mehr. Schönen Abend noch.“

End of the Story. Mehr als ein Stern ist da nicht drin.

Also wenn man Hunger und Appetit auf gutes Essen hat, dann sollte man hier aus vielen Gründen nichts bestellen. Und ich weiß gar nicht was am schwersten wiegt: dass man die Rechnung eines anderen bezahlt und das zunächst unbemerkt bleibt, man dann aber zurückfahren soll und zur Kasse gebeten wird, weil das Personal das sonst aus eigener Tasche bezahlt (!) dass die Bestellung nicht stimmt so wie man sie bestellt hat dass um 17:30 Uhr der Reis ausgeht und man eine Stunde braucht um neuen zu machen oder dass das Essen, was letztlich in der Tüte war (u.a. gebratene Nudeln mit Hähnchenbrust), so geschmacksneutral war, wie wir es so noch nie erlebt haben…

Dass die Verpackung des Currys auch noch undicht war und die Papiertüte auf dem Heimweg im Auto geflutet hat, war nur der Punkt auf dem I.
