The worst service and staff! Avoid in any circumstances!

Rude and unfriendly and unhelpful staff- female as well as the male waiter. I was trying to order 4 times and asking politely to order but they were ignoring me even though they did see me. She told me that she will come in a moment but never came. As I do not speak German I tried English when the male waiter came but as soon as I tried to order half English half German the waiter turned around without taking my order waiving his hands angrily and saying some angry german wolds for some reason! 😢 I have never been treated so badly in any restaurant all around the world and I have been almost everywhere on different continents. I do not speak every language where I go and I had always received very friendly and polite service in any restaurant and food joint until today ..😢 Never again this...

Insgesamt sehr schade, daß der äußere Gesamteindruck, den das Ambiente andeutet , scheinbar nicht bis in die Küche reicht. Entweder es interessiert keinen, oder die Crew ist sich dessen nicht bewusst, weil scheinbar im Touristenstrom eh kaum jemand mehr als einmal kommt... Aber wie man es schaffen kann, das fast NICHTS nach irgendetwas schmecken kann, ist mir immer noch ein Rätsel. Rindercappacio, Pizza, Spaghetti Carbonara - hier schmeckte alles nach sehr "neutral". Nicht der Pizzateig (obwohl optisch toll und super kross. Auch von der Konsistenz her prima), nicht das Carpaccio (vielleicht einfach der falsche Lieferant, oder die falsche Qualität?! - oder einfach Gewinn Maximierung?!), und nicht die Spaghetti Carbonara (Sahne und toller echter Parmesan oder Grana Padano (?) vom Stück sollten im Prinzip schon selbst Geschmack genug haben, mal ganz zu schweigen von der Pasta selber, die auch Geschmacksneutral war). Insgesamt schade, weil alle anderen Kriterien gepasst hätten (Tolle Inneneinrichtung, guter und sauberer Sanitärbereich, aufmerksame Bedienung - obwohl sicher nicht vom Fach) Der Espresso zum Schluß war jedenfalls super. Tolle Crema, top Geschmack und mit einem großen Glas stillem Wasser serviert). Über die Rechtschreibung in der Karte kann man mal hinweg sehen. Das macht das ganze eher noch "authentisch". Beim Preis auf jeden Fall ca. 20 bis 30% Aufschlag rechnen, auf den, den man sonst vielleicht von zu Hause kennt. Das kann man ja verschmerzen wenn alles andere passt.... Anstatt Internet-Radio-Techno-Mucke hätte ich mir dann aber schon eher die Internet-Radio-Italien-Pop-Mucke gewünscht. Das kann man ja recht einfach ändern. Beim anderen bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob es einen interessiert. Ich hatte jedenfalls das Gefühl, das meine Frau und ich mehr ein "notwendiges Übel" waren, als richtige Gäste. Schade. Ein oder zweimal mehr hätten wir hingehen können in der nächsten Woche, in der wir hier sind. Aber schließlich geht man ja wegen dem Essen und der Küche hin, nicht ausschließlich nur weil tolle Bilder an der Wand hängen und die Toiletten sauber sind. Daher halte ich 2 von 5 Punkten im Moment für angemessen. Ich lasse mich gern aber eines besseren belehren, wenn wir mal wieder hier...

This place claims to be Italian but the quality of the desserts they serve is as far from Italy as the place itself. A thousand kilometres at least! The “gelato” is far too sweet and tasted artificial and their tiramisu is just some version of soft spongy cake made without lady fingers and lacking coffee and cocoa flavour completely, instead using a chocolate syrup on top which, in my option, resulting in some cake but not a tiramisu. Coffee was tasty and the German plum cake but that’s the only highlight. Service was horrible with our waiter messing up the order twice and blaming the mistake on us when we brought a chocolate sauce instead of hot...
