It is a shame that the place is in a good location and that the atmosphere is good, but there have been many times when we have had a bad experience. First of all, one of the waiters is always super despotic, they take a while to take your order, if there is a free spot and you sit down without "asking their permission" they go and scold you (as if we were in school), once you are seated They take a while to take the order, when you call them they ignore you and answer very sarcastic. It seems that they are not happy doing their job, so I wonder: what are they doing there? Yesterday we went and waited a long time for our order to be taken, we asked for a table inside and they told us that they were all reserved, then a family wanted to move from outside to inside and they were given one of the "reserved" tables, and when I asked if that was possible, first they ignored me and then they answered me very sarcastically. I honestly don't plan to spend my money or time in places like that with such unprofessional and unfriendly people. I'll never go...

Apparently all the bad reviews here are true. Yesterday me, my husband and my baby wanted to have an ice cream and the waitress took so long to take our order. So we changed our mind to takeaway the ice cream. Suddenly a waitress came to me and started to insult me that I can’t sit down if I just want to take away. I told him “okay give us a minute” and then he started screaming “FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SIT DOWN”. ok chill you don’t need to scream. All the customers saw us. I feel deeply humiliated. I dont know that rule and if the waitress just tell me with a good tone i will gladly not sit down. I hate the way that waitress talk to me because I am still a customer and still buy the ice cream (even though it was a take away). Disappointed the ice cream didn’t taste very good also. Will never...

Das Frühstück war gut, es gab Omelette mit Speck, Kartoffeln und Salat. Leider war der Salat sehr lieblos auf dem Teller (Schnittsalat, trocken) und das einzige Dressing daran schien etwas Balsamicocreme zu sein. Der Kaffe war gewohnt hervorragend (Dinzler) und der Cappuccino mit schönem fluffigen Milchschaum. Als Nachtisch Espresso mit Vanilleeis und karamellisierten Mandeln - ein schöner Abschluss. Insgesamt gibt es eine große Auswahl an Frühstück, Eierspeisen aber auch Mittagessen.

Bei schönem Sonnenschein wie heute sitzt es sich hervorragend draußen an den Tischen mit Blick auf den Rathausplatz. Wenn allerdings wie heute eine Veranstaltung auf dem Rathausplatz stattfindet und man bei sämtlichen Pavillons auf die geschlossene Rückseite schauen muss, dann mindert das Ambiente erheblich. Daher zwei Sterne Abzug für heute. Wer es kühler mag kann an einem der Tische im inneren Platz nehmen.

Zum täglichen Bäckereieinkauf eignet sich die Filiale m. E. nicht, dafür ist die Brottheke zu klein.

Bei dem schönen Wetter füllten sich natürlich die Plätze schnell und der engagierte Service kam schnell an seine Grenzen. Für die Menge an Kunden leider total unterbesetzt und auch beim Brotverkauf musste man 15 Minuten warten bis jemand sich loseisen konnte und man ein Brot kaufen konnte. Die 3 Sterne Abzug gehen daher nicht dem Personal im Service zu Lasten, sondern dem Filialmanagement. Gerne hätten wir noch etwas bestellt, aber das dauerte zu lange.

Dass das Hauseigene WLAN scheinbar im Freien nicht gescheit funktioniert und das mobile Kartenterminal im Freien am Tisch nicht funktionierte, war dann das traurige Tüpfelchen auf dem i.

Insgesamt also noch ordentlich Luft nach oben, vor allem für so einen exklusiven Standort der Filiale. Dennoch freue ich mich auf einen nächsten Besuch und vielleicht gibt es ja dann ein Update...
