On the phone, I immediately noticed that I was speaking to a call-centre, not the branch whose number I dialled. I was offered and accepted a 10 minute collection time and ordered the vegetarian burger. Arriving on time I was asked to wait outside (in wet Kiel winter weather) and left my 10€ bill on the counter to only receive the order 18 minutes after my order from a VERY unmotivated staff member that conveniently forgot my 1.60€ change. I was cold and hungry and ran instead of asking for my change, so no blame here. Just like the staff mood was the taste of the burger: bland and unmotivated to be more than nutrition. Only the sweet potato fries were tasty, but I'd have appreciated real mayonnaise instead of the less tasty salad mayonnaise.

I ordered a meatfree inca burger menu via lieferando but the customer service and overall experience was really bad. They took more than 50 min to deliver and there was no update about delivery time in the app, so I never got any update untill I called them. When the food came, the burger was a mess almost all the ingredients were out in the box. I literally had to open the bun and put everything in by myself. The fries were the worst, it was cold and hard, didn't even look like fries. Probably they had it prepared for a longtime. I recently Ordered meal from the Burger me Kiel. To my surprise, I didn't expect such meal would more than satisfy my exhaustion caused by my stressors for the entire day. Speaking of the burger itself, the patty seemed to look dry, but give it two or three succeeding bites. The entire experience of having those Burges surely cured my mood to a better state and pommes, nuggets are also so tasty and delicious.....
