Amongst the best pizza we’ve ever had and we have travelled a lot (including Italy :) Was feeling a need for comfort and sent my husband downstairs (1 min walk) to pick up some pizza to go. Waited for 30 minutes to get our order taken, waited more than 45 minutes afterwards before the pizza came. When we complained about our order taking very long, the owner was very disrespectful.
