Quality of coffee is straight disgusting. Asked for a hand brew or a filter coffee, none was served. Took two coffee crema which were just disgusting and just too strong caffeine wise. Got served my coffee in a broken mug. Coffee cup plate was not available. Table was dirty and full of crumbles, so I had to ask the unmotivated waiter to clean up. Service was a joke. Overall an unpleasant experience. Waste of money and time.

Eigentlich lasse ich mich nicht zu spontanen Negativäußerungen hinreißen. Aber der Ärger will raus. Im Urlaub habe ich häufig Cold Brew Kaffee getrunken. Den hatte ich mal in lecker und mal in weniger lecker. Dass ich den auch hier um die Ecke bekommen kann, hat mich erfreut und ich habe mir gleich einen bestellt. Da ich im Urlaub mehrere Unterhaltungen mit Baristas und Cafébesitzern zu diesem Thema hatte, habe ich mich auch hier dafür interessiert, wie lange der Kaffee auf dem kalten Wasser extrahiert wurde. Diese Frage stellte ich der Mitarbeiterin und diese gab die Frage an ihre nebenstehende Kollegin weiter. Von ihr bekam ich zur Antwort, dass das ganz normaler schwarzer Kaffee sei, den sie habe abkühlen lassen und den sie mit Eiswürfeln serviere. Auf meine Frage, ob ich das richtig verstehe, dass es sich gar nicht um echten "kaltgebrühten", also mit kaltem Wasser extrahierten Kaffee handle, bestätigte sie mir erneut, dass der Cold Brew bei ihnen normal zubereiteter schwarzer Kaffee ist, den man abkühlen lässt und dann mit Eiswürfeln serviert. Eine sehr irritierende Vorgehensweise. Egal, ob es tatsächlich so ist oder ob seitens des Personals die notwendigen Kenntnisse fehlen.

Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten laden gesehen, daher fange ich erst mit den positiven Dingen an, die sitz Gelegenheiten sind gemütlich, und der man hinter der Theke hat alle gegeben alleine alles zu meistern. Respekt bei so einem Massen Anlauf was da war. Achja das Getränk war auch gut es war sehr Zitronen lastig, aber gut. Nun zum negativen. Diese Idee vom Service an der Theke ist mal richtig schlecht den ander Menschen können in das Essen rein niesen oder sonst was wo man es abholen soll. Des weiteren macht es kein Sinn wen Leute Handschuhe tragen wegen dem Essen aber damit das Geld anfassen. Ich habe noch nie egal wo ich war so altes abgestanden es essen gegessen wie hier also geschmacklich wirklich ekelhaft. Das das erlaubt ist das da so altes essen verkauft wird der Kuchen mindestens 4 bis 5 Tage alt so vertrocknet wie der war, der Beagel ebenfalls 3 bis 4 Tage alt. Eine pure Frechheit. Da dieser Laden als einzigster offen hatte an einem Feiertag, war so ein Menschen Auflauf das ein ansprechen dieses ekelhaften Essens nicht möglich war.

Cakes labeled wrong and even though I pointed with my finger on the cake I wanted I got a completely different order and it was small - price is not justified at all. They show one sliced cake behind the glass but when you pay they slice that cake and give you just 20-30% of what you expect.

When they asked if anything was wrong and I pointed that they gave me not what I wanted I got a “don’t care” response that I must “kassieren” which I understood like “you can just pay for another one”. At least they didn’t shout and said it calmly. Thank you but that’s not the experience I look in a cafe especially in this price range.

They also first take the payment from you and only after will you see your (if you are lucky) order on a slightly hidden corner table.

With such customer service don’t expect your business to grow. Competitors don’t sleep, you know.

Some good things: Matcha Latte was OK but they could put a bit more matcha and a bit less milk. workers are friendly more or less but they don’t care if they execute your order wrongly sitting outside is ok but half the tables and chairs are wet if it’s raining (the roof above is very small and doesn’t protect all seats)
