They try to make the ordering experience as difficult and unpleasant as possible: you can only see the menu on a small screen on the side for 10 seconds at a time, then you have to wait 50 seconds while the screen cycles through some other (irrelevant) pages, then you get another 10 seconds to look at the menu. The big screen / board above the counter, where a normal fast food restaurant would display their menu, shows only special offers, but not in any useful way.
