Restaurant Izgaram — Restaurant in Magdeburg

A-MA-ZING! The food was amazing and delicious. The meat was so juicy, fresh and full of flavor! I’m no big fan of bulgur but this was really good. Also the rice was very good and the fries were good and crispy. Now the service: such sweet people, offered us tea. They have amazing tea, apple tea/pomegranate tea and black tea, really delicious. Such a hospitality they’ve shown. From the start till the moment we left. They even provided some blankets because we were sitting outside. Everything was just amazing! Thank you so much! Definitely coming back, and everyone should come...

It was my first bad experience with Turkish food there at Izgaram Restaurant. "Kelle Paca" corbasi just had it's name,it was far from it,just water and salt.Maybe,the cook of the soup was not Turkish :) It made me very disappointed.Then i had dürüm, that also was not delicious,it was not juicy and chicken in it was even a bit burnt.After this food i had no wish to taste some desserts there,I just left... I hope the food quality gets better but definitely I will not...

Update 9. Okt. 2024: Essen immer noch sehr gut, aber ist es teuerer geworden? 🤔 An einem regnerischen Mittwoch um 21:30 Uhr seehr ruhig.

Sehr empfehlenswertes, gutes, türkisches Restaurant. Jedesmal, wenn ich in Magdeburg bin, esse ich bei Izgaram. Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen in Hauptbahnhofnähe.

Die Atmosphäre ist gehoben mit gut gemachter Beleuchtung, Echtholztischen und amerikanischen Coffeeshop-Bänken.

Das Essen ist gut und jeder Kellner im Raum fühlt sich sich persönlich für dich verantwortlich und fragt dich von Herzen und aus ehrlichem Interesse, ob alles gut ist, alles okay ist, mitunter im 5-Minuten-Takt. Für mich ist das gelebte türkische Gastfreundschaft, ich fühle mich wohl, willkommen, gut aufgehoben.

Gepflegte, internationale Gäste: Türken, asiatische Afghanen, Deutsche... Eine Besonderheit, die das Restaurant attraktiv macht als Anlaufstelle für hungrige Deutsche: es gibt Bier und Wein.

Gehört auch dazu: Großbildfernseher läuft mit türkischer Popmusik. Das sorgt für eine einlullende, süßlich klebrige Heimeligkeit. Auf der anderen Seite auch für eine etwas anstrengende Geräuschkulisse.

Einen türkischen Tee gibt's aufs Haus. Wenn du den nicht sofort austrinkst oder nach dem Austrinken noch sitzenbleibst spürst du direkt wieder die türkische Gastfreundschaft 😁

Bezahlen jederzeit und schnell an der Kasse am Ausgang. Immer...
