We have been visiting this place many times before our last and final visit today where we came with the dog and took coffee and pastries to go and tasting our coffee at the table (chose “to go” in order not to disturb other visitors and leave the table and café quickly in case our dog starts barking). However, we had to leave even earlier because we’ve been literally kicked out by the staff telling us that we cannot stay one time at the table because they are for those who order at the table ( even though prices are the same and many tables were free). When i tried to clarify with red hair lady at the counter if i can order something in addition at the table and stay, she said in unfriendly manner “no” and that I shall seat in the park. On my remark that with such client orientation i won’t be visiting the place again , she said...

This is a really nice cafe in Lindenhof, but I would not visit again just because of the staff.

I have been there 2 times with different people so it's not just me who feels that way.

The first time we ordered some cakes to go. Later we realized that they overcharged us. Don't know if it was for packaging or what, but the man at the counter didn't say anything.

I decided to give them another chance and we went on a Sunday and it was a little busy. We had to wait 10 minutes before we even got a menu and even then the waitress just left it on our table and walked away without any pleasantries. After waiting for another 10-15 minutes for someone to take our order (no one came), we just decided to leave.
