Food:5/5 Bread selection is quite vast, and they have a very consistent quality. I brought several times their cranberry walnut bread, everytime tasted great. The crust is very great.

They also have this parmesan, pumpkin seed, bread - a long one with much grains. That one was also cool, had that peculiar taste.

The other bread that I ve tasted was their interpretation of bruschetta (i think they have different name, but similar). Ive tried the only tomato one and the one with chorizo. The smell was amazing, i could already smell them from the door.

As foreigner, I thought I had eaten the best breads in Germany. That changed today after eating the bread from Tans.

It's not the normal bakery-over-the-corner with the regular Brötchen. You can clearly see each type of bread had a thoughtful creation process and a story behind it.
