A good restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere in the historic center. Particularly suitable for a romantic breakfast-lunch-dinner ) The food was cheesy and the portions were generous. However, I must honestly say that the desserts were disappointing. The quality and creativity of the main courses did not seem to translate into the desserts. Therefore, I would recommend not trying the desserts and instead focusing on the other dishes. The combination of a first-class wine selection, a charming location in the historic center, and good wine makes it worth a visit. I would definitely come back here again, but this time without ordering the desserts. On a separate note, I would like to express my hope for a time in Germany when it will no longer be necessary to go to the cashier to pay by card, but rather have the convenience of settling the bill directly at the...

We visited Weinlädele during our car trip through Europe and after 11 hours in a car, this visit was magic!

We started off with a glass of local Riesling, recommendation by the waitress, which was one of the best wines we’ve had in a while. The wine in general keeps a high standard and is worth a visit in itself. The food was very nice and especially the chanterelles with potato dumplings - wow!

Amazing scenery in the old town of Marburg and with a friendly staff that oriented us through the menu and gave excellent service.

If in Marburg again, we are definitely...

Since decades the so called "Weinlädele" is the one and only location in Marburg, where you get only wine to drink. Since a few years the owner accepted the fact, that guests also like to enjoy good food with a glass of wine. Since then this location is perfect for dinner or even a late meal. Staff is very friendly and takes care of the guests. Highly recommended to...
