The burek coil with meat was ok; but there's 97% dough and barely any meat. So, you'll need good liquid yogurt they also sell in order to get it down.

I'll go again soon to try the rest as it seems they have many other delicious Balkan pastries.

It's not always perfect as sometimes burek has way more filling and other times there's almost none. I would guess that they have multiple people making it and they have a very different understanding of what is a sufficient amount of filling. I also tried Cremeschnitte and that was not good. Vanilla flavor was not there and the pastry part was sooo chewy we...

One of the best parts about traveling in Europe from the States is the pastries and breads. Balkan Backerei did not disappoint as well. First morning in Munich and was ready for some breakfast pastries. We sampled five - a couple vanilla, a Nutella, and apple and a plain croissant. All delicious, but the apple was a clear favorite for our group. Looking forward to trying new items tomorrow. As a Turkish person. I love balkan bakery. Pure perfection. I love this places products. Borek and desserts tastes are amazing. We tried borek with cheese and minced meat. I really like them. But i think chef used a little bit over black pepper that day on minced meat börek. Other than that everything was perfect. We also tried 3 different deserts. Cremschnitte, Tiramisu and Trilece. We liked them. Raspberry and white chocolate trileces are very popular in Turkiye I wish you would do that....
