Decent and central place for a private or business dinner - if you have time on your hands. We ordered meat and fish - they were well done and tasty, but came almost 2 hours later. Also, the staff could be a bit more attentive to the orders: one member of our party deliberately asked for fish and no meat, but the sides were split up only amont the meat-eaters. Had another great evening here. Staff is always wonderful and welcoming. Live the relaxed atmosphere. Food is great, be it the beef carpaccio or appetizers from the regular menu, or the specials of the week. The fish of the day was delicious and well prepared. Die guten Zeiten sind anscheinend vorbei. Wenn man zu zweit kommt und alle 4er Tische einem als reserviert präsentiert werden, obwohl danach keiner kommt, bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack. Die einzigen 2er Tische waren ungeeignet für 2 Personen, da viel zu eng gestellt und direkt im Durchgang. Vielleicht denkt man darüber nach, daß auch 2 Gäste manchmal mehr Umsatz als 4 Gäste machen können? Wenn dann auch noch der Service schlecht und unaufmerksam ist, und man später auch noch gefragt wird, ob man nicht umziehen will, da andere Gäste sich von draußen reinsetzen wollen, reicht es. Ich habe früher (als noch Jimmy das Restaurant geleitet hat) viele schöne Abende in der Bar Osteria erlebt. Heute war es definitiv das letzte Mal für mich. Nie wieder! Überdurchschnittliche Preise bei schlechtem Service passt nicht. Die Osteria sollte drauf achten, daß auch die Bar weiterhin einen guten Service liefert. So bestimmt nicht.
