Burger King München — Restaurant in Munich

I ate here twice, honestly not sure why I came back. First time I made a tiny order and had to wait more than 15 minutes near the counter until they realized that my order was ready 10 minutes ago. The second time I made a stupid mistake at the self-order machines, accidentally ordering 2 drinks instead of one. When I realized my mistake I asked if they can cancel the second drink and refund me (3.5 euros), but they said they can't refund me since I made the order by myself at the machine. Even when I asked for a partial refund of 3 euros, they said a decisive no. People make mistakes, it happens.. what if the mistake was for 20 euros? I didn't use the extra drink, this is almost a theft. Pretty sure there are laws in Germany for cancelling orders that haven't been...

waited 20mins for 1 whopper. the owner of this franchise needs to understand that running a business like this will soon fall. no soap in bathroom at all. and when soap is done they refill it with water to dilute it. the drink machine is broken. no ice. no coke. the tables are very dirty and sticky. there are flies all around my table while eating. the staff looks weird aswell and unhygienic. burger king needs to terminate the franchise contract from this owner. its sad that its in a very good location but chooses to run this way. no wonder mcdonald's is having more customers. i don't understand if the recent reviews are fake or are the people just...

Unfriendly approach at the intercom, no service friendly attitude at all.

Then once at the window, noticed that no one inside is wearing a mask correctly, including when serving the customer at the window. Even though I was the only car at the drive through, it took quite some time to get the order out. No thank you, no good bye.

Generally one would expect a better service from Burger King. Disappointed. Food was ok.
