Creme Cafe Eis (Gelato Italiano) — Restaurant in Munich

This was our first time at this shop. Four of us ordered. My wife, son, and I tried the coconut and all agreed that it tasted very artificial. I gave my scoop away to my son, who ate it in spite of his complaints. I also tried Cremino, as did a friend, and we liked it very much. We felt it was easily the best flavor we tried. My friend also had a scoop of cheesecake gelato, but he was unimpressed with it.

My wife said her hazelnut scoop didn't taste very good by German standards, either. Too weak in flavor. My bitter (dark) chocolate scoop was sufficiently dark and "dry", though, which is a good thing. I'd say it was pretty good, but not great. My son liked it, as well. The waffle cone my friend had was "fine" but nothing special.

Overall, we were happy we stopped by, but thought the ice cream was just average. The staff was...

Disovered the place randomly. If I remember correctly they opened during the spring 2021. Lovely spot for coffee, average croissant or for ice (more than 10 sorts many of them fruits flavor). Open in winter: 4 tables inside. In summer multiple sitting spots under sun shades either next to the lovely fountain outside or inside or outside next to a nice small garden where the plants smell good. Pitty that the espresso machiatto is not good. However the espresso abd espresso affogato are good. They always have somthing for kids and a special ice creem menu for kids and two vending machines to play football on a pinball. They also have freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly baked waffles. Prices unfotunatly 30% increased: last summer 2022 all ice delights in a glas gup were for ~6,50....

31.08.25 Ergänzung Wollte mir Eis im Becher mit Sahne holen da kann man ja nix falsch machen! Von wegen! Von den ca 20 Sorten waren nur ca 5 Sorten da. Ich hab dann Pistazien und Schokolade genommen, wollte noch Sahne haben. Sahne war ca Teelöffel viel da aus, es gab keine Sahne mehr. Bezahlt habe ich 4,50 kann man sich das vorstellen!!! Und im Eis waren dann auch noch Eiskristalle 😡

rgänzung 09.03.25 Ich muß leider alles revidieren: Ich war heute mit mehreren Freundinnen dort, es war eine Katastrophe! Zwei von uns wollten laut Karte 0,5 Liter Cola Zero. Antwort: gibt's nicht nur 0,33 Liter?😡 Wir wollten laut Karte Hawaii Toast. Antwort: gibt's nicht! 😡 Alternative Pizza, laut Karte Pizza Schinken. Antwort: gibt's nicht!😡 Also Pizza Salami, was kam Pizza mit Sucuk. Auf unsere Beschwerde kam dann als Antwort: ist doch egal und in jeder Salami ist Knoblauch!😡. Bekommt ihr halt dann zum halben Preis. Andere Freundin wollte laut Karte Crepes. Antwort: gibt's nicht!😡 Alternative Spaghettieis, das war dann quasi ne Kinderportion für 8,- Beim bezahlen wusste er nix mehr von "halber Preis Pizza", er wollte 14,- für eine Pizza mit Sucuk und 0,33 Liter Cola. Auf meinen Einwand dann nur noch 12,-. Eine Kugel Eis kostet übrigens 2,- Fazit: netter Ausflug mit den Mädels 😉 Aber nochmals Eisdiele wahrscheinlich nicht! Vollkommen überzogene Preise finde ich und man bekommt selten etwas das in der Karte steht! Anscheinend ist auch ein neuer Chef im Laden, aber dem scheint es einfach egal zu sein oder er ist unfähig!

Ich war heute seit langer Zeit mal wieder da. Das hatte auch seinen Grund, das Personal konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch. Entweder kam das falsche was man bestellt hat oder man musste ewig warten, oder es war einfach nicht vorhanden. Jetzt ist es anders, man wird total freundlich behandelt und es gibt Pizza und Pasta zusätzlich. Pizza Regina 11,90 ist ein guter Preis, es gibt selbstgemachtes Knoblauchöl dazu und die Pizza war echt lecker. Innen hat sich auch einiges getan, es wurde einfach gemütlich eingerichtet. Am Schluss haben meine "Enkeltochter" und ich noch jeder eine Kugel Eis und eine Erdbeere geschenkt bekommen. Der Chef und sein Kollege waren total nett und zuvorkommend. Fazit ich werde wieder...
