Good selection of coffee and summer drinks, everything I’ve tried has been well made, and the baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. The coffee beans are also of good quality.

However, the overall service experience could be improved. There’s usually only one person actively working behind the counter, while other staff members are present but not assisting with customer flow. Since the café is self-service, this leads to confusion: people waiting to order and those waiting to pick up drinks often end up in the same space, making the process feel disorganized. It would help if staff managed the queue more proactively or offered guidance.

One point of concern is the tipping setup. Customers are prompted to leave a tip before receiving any service, even when purchasing retail items like coffee beans. While tipping should always be optional, the option to skip it is hard to find on the screen, and the layout makes it feel almost mandatory. All major payment providers offer the ability to customize the tipping screen, so this is something that can easily be adjusted. I don't want to be the one dropping the average rating but I've got some comments. It's great to have such a place in Ostbahnhof area but I don't like the restricted opening time. During the week I can barely go since they close before I leave work. The space is huge but there are little tables and they are not comfortable at all. From the business point of view makes sense since you don't want to have people sitting 2 hours for just a coffee but there should be some balance. Talking about the coffee, it's supposed to be an specialty coffee place(?) cuz I haven't been able to know where the coffee was coming from.
