It is deemed by many as the best coffee in the area and this is something one could argue. I go there somewhat regularly and I have always wondered why the quality of my coffee is so inconsistent: of the many times I've been there, half of the time I think "wow, this is the best flat white I've tried" and the other half I'm disappointed because the coffee is burnt, to put it nicely.
I think that for its price, one should expect more consistency. I keep going there, I suppose because I like the odds of getting a superb coffee, but it shouldn't be like that.

They just kicked me out of the Cafe because I bought a capuccino with their own voucher (which saves you 1.30) because it is apparently "to-go". Shameful service.
