I recently had the misfortune of dining at this restaurant, and I must say it was a truly disheartening experience. The level of service provided was nothing short of appalling. From the moment we walked in, the waitstaff exhibited an atrocious and disrespectful attitude that left us feeling completely unwelcome.

Their condescending demeanor and discriminatory behavior were deeply troubling. It was as if they had already made up their minds about us before we even placed our order. Their constant rudeness and uptight attitude cast a dark cloud over the entire meal.

But it didn't stop there. The food we received was far from satisfactory. Not only was it lacking freshness, but it also arrived at our table cold. It was clear that no care or attention had been given to our order. To make matters worse, despite placing an additional order well in advance, it was completely forgotten and left uncooked. The sheer negligence displayed by the kitchen staff was simply unacceptable.

To add insult to injury, we were abruptly asked to vacate our table, with the staff claiming it had been reserved just one hour into our dining experience. The lack of proper communication and the staff's uncaring attitude towards us as paying customers was truly shocking.

When we tried to voice our concerns and requested to speak with the manager, we were met with further rudeness and dismissive comments. The staff had the audacity to suggest that if we were dissatisfied with the food, we should simply leave. Such disregard for customer feedback and the overall lack of professionalism were deeply disappointing.

As if that wasn't enough, when we asked for the bill, the staff once again demonstrated their rudeness by insisting that we wait for other customers, even though the restaurant was virtually empty. Our time and presence seemed to mean nothing to them.

In all my dining experiences, I have never encountered such a complete lack of respect and integrity. The treatment we received was absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. The discriminatory behavior and disrespectful attitude towards Arab and Muslim customers are particularly distressing. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a restaurant that values their customers and takes pride in providing a positive dining experience.

We went there for a long tine, always happy with the quality of food and the friendly service. Always tipped above 10%. Every now and then we ordered mild Palak Paneer for our son, he loved it and all was good, mild was mild, meaning not spicy/hot at all. Last time we were there a few weeks ago, mild was not mild anymore. We kindly asked for a replacement and the replacement was almost mild. Tonight we wanted another good dinner from them, this time takeout. The Palak Paneer was gain not mild, found this out only when I got home. Called them, they told me annoyed to bring it back to get a replacement then just hanged up on me, couldn’t even reply anything. Went there, friendly looks different, but at least got a new one. Unfortunately again not mild, so left it there. Was also told not to come there [anymore]. Go figure.

You just lost some good otherwise very happy and always satisfied customers tonight. Not because you are a bad place, or have bad food, but because you can’t own making a mistake and can’t treat your customers accordingly. You made me feel like it’s my mistake. It wasn’t.

My recommendation to the owner: quit offering anything mild (not spicy at all), you are not able to reliably do this. You were able to do it in the past, but not anymore. Whatever changed, it impacted both the taste of normal Palak Paneer (we were happy with both old and new taste) and mild doesn’t work out anymore. Terrible food, disgusting costumer service. I have never experienced a restaurant that has discriminated or shown blatant racism shown towards its costumers. We walked in as a family of 4 and was treated with rude service who looked down upon us. As soon as we found our seats, the atmosphere was off as the servers looked upon as with disgust as if we weren’t wanted here. We waited a lot for our orders to be taken as the servers were discussing amongst themselves what and who would take our order. When we finally ordered our food, it was cold and wasn’t fresh. The staff was unprofessional and unethical. When we voiced our complaints, we were only met with rude comments and was asked to leave the restaurant ‘if we didn’t like it’. They took our seat without asking, and when we asked their reason, they said: “it’s reserved”. However, we have been sitting there for an hour eating their mediocre food, waiting for the rest of the family to come by. When asked for the bill, a family member had to personally confront the servers for our bill; however, we were haughtily informed to wait for other patrons, but there was none! The restaurant was empty and doesn’t warrant the complete disrespect and inhospitable attitude. Terrible food and plates were unclean.
