Gasthaus & Hotel zum ERDINGER Weißbräu München — Restaurant in Munich

I had a terrible experience with this Hotel. BEWARE THERE ARE 2 HOTELS WITH THE SAME NAME LOCATED 55 km apart. I booked this hotel through HOTELS.COM (EXPEDIA) which I had the worst experience. First Hotel charged 90% of the room rate for 4 nights. When I found out I try to cancel but Hotel did not allowed. I THINK THEY LOVE MONEY MORE THAN THE CUSTOMER.||I had a conference in Erding Munich where Hotel is recommended by the organizers. So I went in hotels.com web site made my reservation by looking at hotel pictures etc. Then I finished booking but I found out that web site has changed to another hotel with the same name 45 miles away. Of course I tried to cancel or at least pay the first night fee but Hotel & Gaststätte zum Erdinger Weißbräu in Munich did not allowed to cancel. Manager of the hotel was not helpful at all. He offered if they book the same room within a day may be could refund my money through Hotels.com. Ohh my god Every morning travelling from GrossHaden to Erding 2 trains and one and a half hour.||Hotel is clean but expensive (paid 5.5 € for 1 Liter of water) After I found out that breakfast costs 11.50 € I tried other places across the street and even REWE (supermarket).||Anyway I will NOT use HOTELS.COM again nor will stay Hotel & Gaststätte zum Erdinger Weißbräu (A Classic-German arrogant establishment) ||I hope you will stuck somewhere in the...

We booked this hotel through booking.com.|Hotel is located next to the Godβahen underground station, On the outskirts of Munich.|Rooms are spacious and beds confy. We went there with my husband and 5 year old.|The location is great, every morning we could hear the birds chirping. |The hotel itself its beautiful. Old fashion german gastro pub.|The hotel has a pub that works separately. Every night it was packed by locals and the food was amazing. But also did conventions and other functions. We had dinner twice there. The food is great. No wonder it was full every day. But again the menu was only in german and it was kinda difficult to order. We had to download an app to translate everything for us. |Room was cleaned every day but not thorough. |Staff were friendly but not everyone spoke English., only the people at Reception.|Reception seemed to be closing everyday in the afternoon, which was not easy as for things to ask we had to ring a number placed on the desk.|Their breakfast was not included in the price but anyway they did not have a variety. We used to have a coffee in the room, before hand we ensured we had breakfast for little one and used to go to centre for breakfast. |Around the hotel there is a supermarket, pharmacy, italian restaurant, chinese restaurant and a cafe. |Overall good...
