I was a guest staying at the Hilton for 3 nights. This bar is attached to the hotel, and when I entered the bar, I sat down with no service for 15 minutes. After waiting, I left to go get water from my hotel room. I returned to the bar and was told promptly I that I was not allowed to drink my water in the bar area unless I ordered alcohol from them. I told the waiter what had happened previously, but he insisted I order an alcoholic beverage to drink. I told the waiter I would order something after I finished my water, but he said I couldn't hang out in the bar with my water and had to leave. Don't waste your time or money here. The service is horrible. There are plenty of local bars that are far cheaper and have better service. The cheapest beer is 8 euros, and mixed drinks cost about 15 euros. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I tried to organize a surprise birthday there, the staff was really easy going and practical on the phone some weeks in advance. At the birthday, I realized how terrible the service (and the cocktails, especially at that price range) was: incredibly slow service, the staff was confused even when we asked for tap water which didn't arrive so we had to buy 3x10€ water bottles instead, cake service (paid on top) was literally just bringing the cake and dishes to the table, the cake was not cut as they promised and it was still in the baking tray, the candles I brought were still in the packaging from the shop, basically we were serving the cake to ourselves.
