The hostess of the restaurant is either lazy or intentionally unwelcoming to customers. We arrived around 1.10pm, restaurant was operating at half capacity maybe cause they were understaffed. In the other half of the restaurant that the hostess opened up to seat guests, there were still empty seats available but we were told that the place was full (okay possibly because there were reservations made for 2pm when the restaurant’s lunch service closes? )
Hostess initially told us that the waiting time for a table would be around 30 mins (there was no one else waiting or queuing for a table). Maybe she gave us a long waiting period cause she was hoping that we’d go away. But we were okay to wait and stood outside the restaurant. 10 mins later, when the hostess realised we were serious about waiting for the table, she told us to leave cause she won’t be able to get us a table before the restaurant closes for lunch. That’s kinda ridiculous IMO because their stated hours for lunch was up to 2pm unless you’re telling me that none of the tables would be done with their meal between 1.20pm to 2pm. At this point I was pretty sure that the hostess was just lazy to serve us cause she wanted quickly close lunch service and simply wasn’t interested in having more customers for lunch service.
After telling us she wouldn’t be able to accommodate us for lunch, she told us to come back at 5pm instead for dinner service but isn’t willing to guarantee us a table.
This restaurant successfully made potential guests feel unwelcome and that we were burdening them with our desire to eat at their establishment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time coming here when they aren’t even keen to have customers and see them as a...

Since my review I visited twice, the food unfortunately is quite mediocre... There's so much room for improvement. The pasta with crab meat costs 35 euros (that's a price of an expensive beef fillet) had little to none crab meat. The ragu is very oiley. The truffle pasta is still mostly mushroom pasta, the truffle is barely a hint.
Overall I would probably not come back. The design isn't enough to convince me to return.
Food: Overall delicious but not as wow as expected, when I saw the menu online I expected to be wowed a bit more. The truffle pasta that was supposed to be the star of the show tasted more like porcini pasta and the Mascarpone (if I recall correctly) overpowered the truffle taste. The pasta itself was great! The Arancini was also delicious but could be paired with fresh sauce to balance the fried food factor.
Service: Unfortunately I was not wowed here either, it took quite a while to get a waiter to our table, twice a server dropped/broke something around, overall quite chaotic. But it didn't affect and I didn't deduct a star because of it.
Atmosphere: Absolutely top! The design of the place is unusually fun and gives an unfamiliar vibe, I think this is what I liked the most! A weird flowery design that would absolutely be horrendous if done lightly, but when done heavily it created a pleasure to the eyes 👀
I would definitely return again to try the pizzas which we did not try yet and I hope they...
Read moreWe had high hopes for this place and overall, most of the lunch was great. The cocktails were excellent, arancini were delicious, and both pasta dishes — the truffle pasta and the ravioli with mortadella and pistachio — were genuinely fantastic.
But one situation completely threw us off. Our friend ordered the chicken, and when it arrived, it was visibly undercooked and pink inside. When we pointed this out to our waiter, he brought it back to the kitchen — only to return with the chef’s explanation that “it’s normal because the chicken is corn-fed.”
Honestly, this makes absolutely no sense. Being corn-fed has nothing to do with whether or not chicken is cooked through, and it was honestly a ridiculous excuse to give. At the moment, we didn’t want to escalate it, so we let it slide — but thinking about it afterward (and with photos to prove it), it was a careless and irresponsible response. Undercooked chicken is a health risk, no matter what it was fed.
It’s a real shame because the rest of the food and drinks were excellent, but this situation was handled so poorly it left a bad taste...
