Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Munich

KFC meals by itself are ok to good, staff seems friendly so far and in general... however tables are always unwelcoming to eat there either with all the leftovers from previous customers (didn't someone teach y'all manners and cleaning after oneself?) who clearly, are unaware of the several-available garbage containers and the sort of self-service (order and pick up by the counters) that fast food chains are like or just dirty after use (like usual breadcrumbs, oil, condiment stain, etc), which shows the lack of personel for that type of tasks (cuz I don't expect the cookers and the cashier to be doing those). Also, have tried to use the toilets there, but no way...our last visit was on the 16th of the month, while the last cleaning log sheet paperwork (had to look for it due to the toilets state) was dated from the 12th of the month and was not even half signed for the cleaning of that day, so better skip those...

I ordered chicken strips and a twister sandwich on the drive through and was expecting the same quality of food as usual. But this time I was very disappointed.

First of all the person on the driver through window was not speaking a very good English. I had to ask for someone else to take my order. When the person came I placed my order and waited for about 8 mins. In my opinion 8min for chicken strips and a sandwich are not the ideal wait time. Payed and took my order.

Later on my way home when I started eating realized after the first bite of a chicken strip that they are not well fried. They were not crispy and when I bit into it it was a bit raw.

Better buy in the restaurant and if something like that happens return the food instead of going through the...

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff — who barely spoke any German. I received the wrong order, and instead of replacing it immediately, they continued touching my food while insisting it was correct. While I was speaking to an employee who claimed to be the manager, she began speaking in another language and laughing. Her name tag, however, clearly stated “Auszubildende”. I am 99% certain she spat in my fries, as her back was turned to me and my so-called “fresh” fries were wet when I received them. She also kept my receipt.
