I don't know where to start. From the contact on the phone to the farewell in the evening, everything was just a dream.
We were greeted super friendly at the door and escorted directly to our table. The menu was explained to us and we were given good advice on what to choose.
We ordered a platter for starters and also dynamite shrimps. More than enough for 5 people and a great selection available.
For the main course we got a dry aged porterhouse steak and another prime ribeye chateaubriand.
The meat was ordered medium rare and that's how it came. The finishing was done at our table. The steak was doused with fine Overproof Bourbon Whiskey and was flambed. The residual sugar in the whiskey caramelised and a wonderfully aromatic taste remained.
The sides were also a dream, we ordered a bit of everything and they went very well with the meat.
The dessert was also sensational and perfectly portioned after such a heavy main course.
The service was available all around and even very entertaining, keeping the mood up throughout the evening. We enjoyed it so much that we were the last guests at the end.
I can only recommend everyone to try it out for themselves.
The only criticism: I think sitting with five people is very uncomfortable and the space at the table is actually not given, but somehow it worked out. Maybe they could pay a little attention to that in the future.

Read moreThe food at this place is fantastic - definitely worth a try if you love steaks. The starter sharer is also worth a try. What I do appreciate is that the sides taste amazing as well - can recommend the truffle mashed potatoes and the spinach!
The atmosphere is okay if it’s not busy - the sound design is not well done so it gets quite loud (which is annoying if you’re a bigger party). The tables can also be quite close to one another which also takes away from the atmosphere. I recommend asking for the round tables - they feel cozier.
The service is very “meh”. I would not call it proactive - you have to ask for a lot of things. You sort of feel like a burden to the staff (not all of them - I.e the staff at the entrance to take your jacket and show you to your seat are nice and quick). When I join my party I expect to be handed the menu and asked what I would like to drink. Except I found the oversized menu on my chair and having to fight to order something to drink. Real shame given that you will end up spending €100 per person. A bonus for the staff is that when you check a special occasion when reserving, such as a birthday, you will receive a desert with a candle.
I would recommend this restaurant once - if you’re from out of town and are looking for a fine dining/ good steak. For locals there are...
Read moreWe had a dinner for two. The appetizer platter was really good. With tuna, teriyaki beef, beef tartar and guacamole. All of them were very well seasoned and prepared. As a main course, we shared a chateaubriand, accompanied with truffel mashed potatoes and creamed parmesan spinach. Both were very good, beef was... let's say it's very ok if you consider it's European meat. Don't expect real taste. Just order good sauces to spice it up (we ordered a Bernaise and demi Glace, and both were excellent). We ordered an extra to the menu: foie gras to make it Rossini style. Unfortunately, it was overcooked, therefore very dry. We paired our meal with and argentine Malbec-cabernet from Mendoza, Puro by Dieter Maier. Perfect to our order and absolutely reasonable price. The dessert for sharing was a platter with homemade ice cream, a creme brulle duo, and a lot of fruit. Beautiful composition and very delicious. The service was completely unattentive (which was never the case previously in La Boheme). First he brought us the wrong wine, then a warm one, then a very cold one. Every time we wanted something, we really had to jump from our chairs in order to be seen. He was never paying attention. We paid around € 300 for two. It was too expensive for...
