This was my fourth visit in this restaurant. My last 3 visits were very good. But yesterday my experience was extremely bad. We were big group for lunch there. And restaurant was kind of empty. But the lady who was taking our order was not friendly at all. She was not letting us speak while giving orders. And kind of showing her attitude. Then we finished our food and about to pay. She came and told us in s very rude way that we are closing now. We felt as if she wants to kick us out. Then we paid and after such bad service we gave her enough tip still she stopped me and told me on my face that was everything ok? I said yes then she said you gave me less tip and now I have to clean your table. I mean what a disgusting behavior???? She gets service charge she got tip also . And still she was openly asking for more tip. This was my favorite restaurant before, food is always amazing there . Yesterday also food was very good. I request to the owner please as soon as possible look into this matter. As it is i am not going to come there any more. No...
Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable experience. My friend and I ordered several dishes from the vegan menu at this restaurant. The third dish, which was supposed to be cauliflower, turned out to be chicken. I have never eaten meat in my life, and unknowingly taking a bite of dead animal flesh was one of the most shocking, disgusting, and deeply distressing experiences I’ve ever had.
I was horrified and couldn’t continue eating. We canceled the rest of our order. The staff apologized and offered us an espresso—as if that would somehow make up for this violation. I had to step aside to cry, and that’s all we got.
For a place that advertises a separate vegan menu, such a mistake is beyond negligent. It’s inexcusable. We still paid the bill (thankfully they didn’t charge us for the chicken), but frankly, we should not have paid anything at all.
If you care about what you eat, especially for ethical or religious reasons, avoid this place like the plague. I’ll never go back, and I strongly urge others...
Read moreI recently visited Jaadin Grillhouse in Munich and had a mixed experience. The interior and colors of the restaurant were absolutely stunning, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. However, my expectations for the food were not fully met. I started with the vegetarian gyoza, which unfortunately turned out to be too oily. The filling was barely noticeable as it was overshadowed by the excessive oil. For my main course, I ordered the lemongrass cod-fed chicken breast. While the chicken itself was nicely cooked, the dish included some noodles that were not mentioned on the menu and were quite tasteless. The service was another area that left room for improvement. Despite the restaurant being quite empty, the service was slow and the staff did not pay much attention to each client. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite. Overall, Jaadin has a beautiful setting and potential, but the food and service need some refinement to match the lovely ambiance. I will visit...
