Mio tapas fusion y bar — Restaurant in Munich

Careful with this Restaurant!

Rude waiter asked for more tip when the food was so expensive (for a round of tapas and drinks we had a 100€ bill) . Also he said we could not pay by card because the machine wasnt working and we should wait or somehow pay Cash... Seemed a little fishy tbh in the end we forced him to let us pay by card. I even gave a small tip but he already said it was not enough (tipping is not compulsory) anyway I proceeded with the pay. In Front of the bar he tried to confront me again for the small tip in a very aggressive way....

We were in a vermouth event and everything was in my opinion disgusting: a vermouth (just the liquor) in a plastic glass with an olive and a piece of lemon for 5€. I would understand this price if it would have been a cocktail, but a bottle costs 8€ so I found it incredibly expensive. the Spanish omelette was from a package, not self cooked. They hadn't any problem with it and they opened the package in front of you. A 1/4 of the omelette with a bit of Ali Oli from a jar and some bread costs 5€. the music was incredibly loud.

Location: it is one of the best locations in Schwabing. Few minutes walk from Münchner Freiheit, there is street parking and a parking garage nearby. (5)

Environment: it is very cozy and fancy. (5)

Food: my goddess!!! You could find everything you would like to have in a Spanish restaurant. I love everything!!! (5)

Service: the stuffs are friendly and laughing. Very easy to communicate. (5)

Price: I forgot the price! 😅 which is also a good sign. Means normal. Not too expensive or too cheap :)
