MOCCA — Restaurant in Munich

Nice location, nice place, nice ambience with VERY POOR AND RUDE waiters ! We booked our table for 10 people and took a table upstairs on the corner (table number 806). The waiter kept on warning us from the beginning “This is a small table for 10 people, please move downstairs.” It is true that the table was small for 10. But then we had to spread ourselves into two tables. Table 806 was for 6 people. And the table beside that, was for four people.

Now the point is following. Does it really matter whether 10 people are sitting in two tables as 6+4 or in one table as 10 ? How would he have handled a group of 6 and another group of 4 at the same time ? He warned us again and again in a very irritating way saying that they have a reservation at 11:00 p.m. This was not true. We left mocca after 11:15 p.m. and the table including many others, were empty.

This totally marred our evening and we left the place making sure that we will never visit this place again. This would have been a one star. But I am giving two stars for ambience...

I have been here regular guest over the years since it has a convenient location and also a relatively good and persistent Shisha quality.

But the services deviates strongly from bearable to extremely hostile. Many friends stopped coming to this place because of the bad treatment you will experience. Besides the bad service you will also experience the most ridiculous requests from the service. In an completely empty bar (literally) in the afternoon they will request you to sit at a corner and make a fuss if you like to sit at a more convenient place.

TLDR: 1 Star for the Shisha. I only go to this place if the location is beneficial for my companions and ONLY if the other bars are closed or full.

awful service from the waitress wearing leopard print skirt. We have 4 and two of us donot smoke, so ordered one shisha, several drinks and one finger food. But the waitress keep coming to us every 10 minutes to push us order more shisha and drinks. After the payment she would come to you and tell you with rude vibe “you did not pay the Tipp”. Sorry you donot deserve the tipp. I thought that they offered rude service to us just because we are from viet and yellow. however some of my German friends told me they have also similar circumstance at Mocca. So I guess if you are not from their country and their culture, then stay away from this bar, otherwise probably they would not be...
