I have to say, I have very mixed feelings about this place. I went there with a very open mind and I had heard some many great comments from my Malaysian friends that my expectations were perhaps too high. FOOD: it is rather on the good side. The pork stake, beef stake, and all the chicken and lamb pieces smelled and tasted very good and very fresh (I’m very sensitive to food and smells and get tummy ache very easily), it was very pleasant to grill and eat these meats. The cray fish, Salmon, and tuna pieces were also smelling and tasting very good with and very rich! Here, I’m not entirely sure on the freshness, in my opinion it was probably on the verge of two days old in the fridge. The veggies are my favorite part! Everything was super fresh, clean, and rather much on the tasty savory side, mushrooms are incredibly good. I must say the muscles, shrimps, Campari definitely were not fresh and I’m so certain that they were mostly coming from frozen packages. The Salad bar is quite rich in options, however, be aware that it is very very rich in soy sauce, oil, and chilis (which can upset your tummy if you eat too much). The fruits they offer are fantastic, the deserts as well, the ice cream was definitely not for me (regular vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry). SERVICE: well this part left me baffled. The waitress was very nice, and brought our food and drinks, picked up anything that didn’t need use and took care of our grill rather frequently. However, at our table we had English, German, Spanish, French, Malaysian, and Mandarin. The Waitress was not able to communicate with us AT ALL. We did not really know how the all you can eat worked, and she just decided for us and brought us the huge platter which included items we do not eat at all. I am adamantly against food waste and we tried our best but some food was left over. I wish to have better communication so that we could order only what we wanted and as many times as we wanted but for us it was not the case, and I really felt bad because leaving a Tip was not an option for my parents given the circumstances. ATMOSPHERE: I saw someone wrote that it wasn’t welcoming or cozy. I have to agree with them. The place is big, clean, spacious, rather on the new side, modern, BUT, the place it way too big and I have never seen it half full. We had two or three other tables around us with people but the distance doesn’t make the place welcoming, it’s rather very quiet, and it doesn’t not provide a lively and joyful atmosphere that I normally expect in a restaurant. Furthermore, the layout is just suffocating, I think more ventilation is needed as with the grill you are burning hot and you basically breath the burnings of the grill, and you are left with all your belongings...

The WORST chinese restaurant I have ever been in my whole life. I will vote it worse than poor. Actually I did not expect it will be as much dreadful as mentioned from many customer reviews. BUT all negative comments are really true. I totally agree with them after first visit. If you are looking for a good chinese restaurant, please don't step into this place.

Terribly poor service, no variety of foods (compared to so many chinese restaurants I have been), for example, no dessert, no pork, no rice, no what should have in common chinese restaurants and etc. Some waiters and waitresses were RUDE, had no service mind and cannot communicate in English at all (If you cannot speak German or Chinese, you should think carefully).

For one buffet which is pretty costly, it provides you ONLY few choices of snacks, some seafoods, vegetables, and foods that most of people cannot eat, like pig ear, pig tongue, chicken feet. In addition, I did ask a waiter whether snacks in menu also included in buffet and he said yes. But actually it was not! I tried to cancel them but they said you have to pay (they didn't even try to cancel). So regardless that crappy buffet, I had to pay more for their incapability to communicate in English. I would say "crappy" since seafood weren't fresh and most of the foods here were too far away from fair quality.

From all reasons, I hope you wouldn't make the same mistake as me. Not worth...

Tourists and locals stay away. The local health department needs to investigate this place. Old food. The shell fish were all opened and smelled rotten. Some were filled with sand and mud. The crabs are mushy and tastes of decay. The lychee from the can tastes like the smell of sour milk and covered in a slime texture coating. Definitely the worst food ever. The only fresh items are the greens. Oh by the way, they have preferences based on your race and language ability.

The meat they bring out with your order will vary in quality but not for the Chinese born who can speak Chinese. They brought out the fresh stuff for them with little “marble”. While myself and other tables got the old meat scraps that are glued together to look like marble.

By the way they clean tables it looks as though they reuse the food. They’ll put left overs on the bottom tray of the cart. Miraculously after so many tables they come out and dump a plate of food to restock the buffet areas.

The help kept insisting on a tip. NOPE. Bring me garbage food, you going to get garbage tip.

Come dine here at your own risk. Not going to try their...

The worst hotpot restaurant I've ever had in my life. The soup had absolutely NO flavour, as if it is diluted 10 times. We came here for Christmas Eve and already reserved a table, but they ignored us at the entrance for 10-15 mins, no one came to us even after waving and calling multiple times. The online booking system is weird, there's only one booking option (we booked thinking that we can get grill and hotpot table), but then they seated us only in the hotpot area even though we also want to have grill menu. The rotating foods for the hotpot were okay, not many options, the seafoods smelled bad, and most importantly the hotpot soup tastes like NOTHING. Absolutely not recommended. We had doubts after seeing the bad reviews, but it truly is the worst hotpot restaurant. Bad service and the staffs are very rude and seem unhappy.

They offer a broad choice of meat, seafood, and side dishes such as vegetables or fish balls. sadly for a buffet, the fruits and desserts choice is limited. but the staffs were all VERRRY nice. we chose the hot pot & bbq grill. the tomyumgoong broth was fantastic. for two persons and 4 drinks we paid 112€. for an all you can eat buffet with these amount of meat & seafood, it was WORTH it. as the staff once said to me, "das heißt Genieße ohne Ende". we went home with a very full belly and a joyful heart.
