Very pleasant place to stay, I will definetly stay again if I can get a good price. Staff extremely friendly, even willing to talk to me in German, so count free German lessons in the list of services! Close to public transport, supermarkets, fruit & veg, pharmacy... everything you could want. The area felt safe to me. No problem with noise, the windows and blackout curtains do their job - in fact I got a room with a tiny balcony and facing an inner courtyard and was able to leave the window open at night to enjoy fresh air and the sound of rain.

I booked directly with the hotel and the staff went over and beyond to help me with my reservation and some special needs.

The breakfast lived up to expectations - I only tried the vegan/vegetarian options and never left hungry. For vegans there is bread, vegan spreads (nut butters and more), 10 types of muesli/granola (!), walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chickpea/quinoa salad, cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumbers, limited options of fruit (always kiwi, canned peaches, watermelon, melon), many types of non-dairy and/or low lactose milks, orange juice, apple juice and a juicer machine with beets, carrots, ginger, celery, apple all ready for juicing. An improvement for vegans would be to add the missing vegan yogurt, cheeses, a tofu/seitan hot dish and a bigger variety of fruit and vegetables.

The room was spotlessly clean and fresh. Refrigerator was not very cold but good enough and most importantly, silent. The narrow bathtub was fun for a bubble bath but a walk-in shower would be more practical for showering.

One improvement to the room would be an electric kettle. It would be more convenient than trying to fill a hot water bottle or thermos from the hot water available in the lobby at the...

I staid 3 nights at Mirabell when I was visiting my daughter. I chose Mirabell as it is in the same street where my daughter lives. The hotel is at walking distance from the main train station in Munich. It lies in a street with mixed ethnicity, I knew this as my daughter had told me. This was actually very nice as there were several cheap and good restaurants around the hotel. There is also a pharmacy, drugstore and supermarket nearby. There are also a few nice cafés nearby. I dropped one star of the location as the street is quite busy around the hotel (it lies in a corner) and a lot of people (mostly men) hanging around various shops. They are ok and I did not feel unsafe but it is a bit of a hassle. My room was small but very tidy with a mini balcony. An extra plus for the small fridge. The bed was comfortable and room was quiet in the night, good soundproofing. My window was to the courtyard so I don't know if the rooms on the street side are more noisy. Rooms were not cleaned during the visit (It was informed before) but there are two cleaning carts where you can take towels and other amenities. I liked this, as I really don't need to have my room cleaned every day. The personnel was friendly. There is also a free coffee/tea service in the lobby. I dropped one star because of the lift. It is very small and slow. So if people are leaving you might have to wait for the lift. I am sportive so I used the stairs ( my room was on the 6th floor). I did not have breakfast so I cannot...

I recently spent Eight nights at Hotel Mirabell and had an outstanding experience, I have been living in the Hotel Mirabell for 26 years and I always feel at home. This time I was with my Brother and Son, we got a Triple room. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The Price is much more reasonable compared to other surrounding hotels.

The delicious Buffet Breakfast options are wow. I am always surprised by the Quality and Quantity of the Food, and the various selection of Traditional and Continental food on the Buffet Table. The staff were knowledgeable about the daily menu and made everything excellent. My honest opinion about the breakfast is 5 Stars.

The hotel's central location is just 5 minutes walking from the Central Station which makes exploring the city easy, with many tourist attractions within walking distance.

welcome drink and 24 hours Water, Tea, and a huge variety of the Coffee available at the reception free of cost for all guests of the Hotel Mirabell.

Hotel Mirabell always exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's exceptional service, combined with the hotel's modern amenities and prime location, made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

The hotel is very clean, with free coffee, tea, and water at the reception. Great location within walking distance to the main attractions and the train station. However, the mattresses and pillows are way too soft. For people with back problems, this is absolutely unsuitable, and for those without, problems may start after a couple of nights. We also expected a room with a bathtub but only had a shower. It’s not a big issue, but it would be fair to add photos of the shower rooms, otherwise it creates the impression that all rooms have bathtubs. The main drawback is the high threshold between the room and the corridor, and between the bathroom and the corridor. We tripped and hurt a foot badly (bleeding). Perhaps adding bright warning strips would help, as the height difference is not visible from eye level.
