Never ordering from here again. Order was said to arrive at 01:04. I called at 01:20 to ask for an update, the order was not started. The restaurant stated they were busy and would not be able to deliver my pizza for over half an hour (almost an hour after the initial delivery time stated). When I asked for a time estimate they did not want to provide a time estimate as they did not know when they could get to my food. I waited again for over half an hour & called again at 02:10, the phone would continuously go to voicemail. My first complaint, the delivery time was pushed to over an hour. I had a problem and they solved it really fast. After 30 min they brought my pizza but I gave the wrong mobile number by mistake and they couldn't keep ringing due to the late hours. After a long time I called complaining and realized it was my fault, nevertheless they asked my if I wanted still the pizza and they brought a new one in just 20 min at 2.30 in the morning on a Saturday. Pizza margarita was good but the way they solved the problem was much better. Delivery as I said super fast and the guy was really kind despite of coming a second time to my place. My only advice would be to let the pizza 1 minute longer in the overn in order to get a more crunchy dough. Thank you for the resolution of the problem. Will...

So eine Frechheit habe ich noch nie erlebt! Ich habe zwei Pizzen bestellt - eine Pizza mit extra Mais - zwei Portionen Chicken Nuggets und einmal Frühlingsrollen. Nach über zwei Stunden und fünfmaligem Anrufen - natürlich wurde ich bei meinem ersten Anruf hingehalten, dass der Fahrer schon los sei, beim zweiten Anruf, dass er gleich da sei in ca. 7-8 Minuten, beim letzten Anruf wurde mir sogar frecherweise gesagt „Die Lieferung haben wir nicht, Sie müssen bei dem Chef anrufen“. Schön und gut das habe ich dann auch getan und da musste ich mir anhören, dass es meine Lieferung gar nicht gebe. Wütend rufte ich wieder die vorherige Filiale an und fing an mich zu beschweren woraufhin ich mir nach über zwei Stunden Wartezeit anhören musste „Wenn Sie keine Geduld haben gebe ich Ihnen die Nummer vom Chef. Normalerweise darf ich das nicht.“ Schließlich kam dann auch das kalte Essen - natürlich ohne die Frühlingsrollen und das extra Mais auf der Pizza - so dass ich dort wieder anrief und nachfragte, da ich natürlich schon im Voraus gezahlt hatte und bekam nur die Antwort „Wir hatten keine Frühlingsrollen mehr da, deshalb habe ich dem Fahrer etwas anderes mitgegeben“ woraufhin ich antwortete, dass da nichts kam. So versuchte er mich mit den Worten zu trösten, dass der Fahrer das vermasselt hätte und ich das mit meiner NÄCHSTEN Bestellung bekommen würde. Sicherlich war das die erste und letzte Bestellung bei so einem ekelhaften Lieferdienst. So nun zum Essen: Das Essen war eiskalt! Abgesehen davon dass nur die Hälfte der Bestellung beachtet wurde schmeckte die Pizza scheußlich!!! Die Pommes waren einfach ekelhaft kalt und labbrig. Der Salat der mit den Pommes und Nuggets kam sah natürlich unappetitlich aus!! Alles in einem war das Essen nicht lecker! Sowas schlimmes habe ich noch nie mit irgendeinem anderen Lieferdienst erlebt! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!! Die Läden von denen sollten geschlossen werden!!...
