Very disappointed! Unbelievable rude waiter and staff. The first restaurant that FORCES you to buy a drink with your food. Also if you are two people and only one is hungry they will tell you that it’s NOT possible to order only one dish.

After I asked to talk to someone about it they called a young man who didn’t even introduce himself. I doubt that he was the manager. Once I explained my concerns I was told that they only offer Christmas menus for 35€ and 85€ throughout the whole December! This was the poor excuse they came up with so that we leave. All of that explanation was with a arrogant tone and some laugh which is an unacceptable customer service!

Don’t go there unless you are ready to pay to be treated like a peasant and to be force to make them more money by not being allowed to buy only one dish if you are more...

Da Rosario Nuovo Mondo has simple and good Italian food which is reasonably priced. However, my rating solely relates to the their roguish and even fraudelent policy that forces a customer to order a drink regardless whether he/she wants it or not. According to the waiter a person MUST order a drink in addition to any dish he/she orders. This rule is written on the front page and relates only to the Lunch Menues. However, the rule does not apply to the main menu. After I explain this all to waiter he said „the rule should not be written anywere in order to take an effect“. Following his logic, he can come up with any rule he likes and try to enforce it.

Summing up, the place is cozy and serves good food, but the greed and absence of common sense of the stuff and administration kills aforementioned positive...

The manager was incredibly rude to our party of four, making puzzling demands and outright lying when we questioned him. First the manager insisted that one of our party order a drink with his lunch, which my dining companion was none too happy about. Then he got the order mixed up for myself and another person. Finally, when it came time to pay the bill, the manager refused to allow us to pay separately on our credit cards. He started ranting and raving, and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. Based on this negative experience, I won't be coming back here again. The food isn't that special,...
