I have been a loyal customer at this restaurant for many years, appreciating its authentic Vietnamese cuisine and the warm ambiance. However, I've noticed a consistent issue that I feel needs to be addressed. It seems that the wooden chopsticks and plastic spoons provided have not been replaced for a long time. While I understand the desire to be sustainable by reusing utensils, the chopsticks appear worn and the plastic spoons seem quite old, raising concerns about their cleanliness and hygiene. This is particularly important to me, as proper sanitation is crucial in any dining experience. Simply delicious Vietnamese food! The veggie wantans to start with were so fantastic as they were lightly spiced and came with a fantastic mango sauce. We got the tip from local people that are regular clients. Now I understand why. The food is delicious and healthy, clean and cosy interior, and good service. If we're in the neighburhood, we go back. You could compare the formula with tapas: you can order lots of small bites or dishes, and share these with the rest of the company...
