Their encyclopedic knowledge of the offerings and astute recommendations guided us through the labyrinth of delectable tapas, ensuring a harmonious symphony of flavors that left our palates enraptured.
In the spirit of sharing, we embarked on a gustatory expedition, sampling a medley of Spanish delicacies that rivaled the masterpieces of Gaudí himself. From the succulent gambas al ajillo, with its cacophony of sizzling garlic, to the earthy and soul-warming patatas bravas, each dish was a revelation, a testament to the culinary prowess of the virtuosos manning the hallowed kitchens.
Complementing this epicurean extravaganza was a carefully curated selection of libations, handpicked to accentuate the intricate tapestry of flavors that graced our table. The vibrant sangria, a harmonious medley of fruit and wine, danced upon our tongues, while the effervescent cava elevated the evening to celestial heights.

Read moreIt is always exciting to visit the Teatro. The unusual concept (no boring menu, you see what you order.) good, friendly service (where I admire the waiters very much, with what stress level they always have to cope and yet always in a good mood and super fast serve the drinks and tapas. I also find it interesting to observe the other guests and how unfortunately some behave. There is a simple and clear ordering process for the food. You walk along the bar and choose some of the 30 or so different tapas by writing the numbers on a little piece of paper. Afterwards you can sit down again. The respective waiter comes to the table and collects the slip of paper. Once ready, everything is served directly at the table. The funnier it is to see that some customers rush through the crowded restaurant and look for your waiter to hand over the note, or even worse, they just try to press their note into the hand of the first waiter, while he or she does not even have a hand free, because he or she is serving food at another table.
A little patience and manners would not hurt any guest, as well as decent manners towards the service staff, they are not slaves but service providers.
When I read such reviews (the gentleman in front of me with 1 star) I am not surprised that he was corrected by the staff or manager. No guest really has to walk into the staff area to place his order directly in the kitchen. Such behavior is simply inconsiderate and embarrassing. Unfortunately, when you visit a restaurant, you can't expect to get away with anything, impudence towards the staff is not in keeping with the times. And if you receive criticism because you misbehave as a guest, a decent person would apologize and behave a little more restrained, instead of giving a negative review on...
Read moreJust disaster. Me an my husband came with some friends for a cosy dinner which was in the end far from it. Waiter allways on the run and somehow ignored us throughout the night, just poping by upon our call and he delivered us 2 dishes less than ordered..Later we got them but we regreted. There were 6 of us. In total 19 dishes ordered and 1/3 were bowls left full as they were too spicy to eat. The next 1/3 we ate just not to leave everything. One can't just spice everything. There has to be some taste of the food you are eating (e.g. we ordere lamb stew which was so so spiced that we gave up; the same with peppers filled with some kind of cheese ..) Dates wrapped in bacon were the best choice and the bowl with the rabbit stew was an average. Octopus salad spiced too and the one with the beans as well...All in all we were convinced that for 4.4 rating of the restaurant there was something to eat but it wasn't the case😬They have more than 20 and some dishes but you really have to make it hard to find something delicious. House wine...
