Sehr schlechter Service. PEP-Verwaltung sollte da was machen. war dort 3x in den letzten 3 Monate und das lässt sich immer bestätigen. Kein ausreichende Hygiene in Zeiten von Corona. Öfter wird auf Italienisch geflucht als ob das die Kunden nicht andeutend verstehen würden. Immer unfreundlich auf Kundenwünsche wird reagiert. Allein der Kaffee ab und zu mal schmeckt (solange man etwas Glück hat und die Milch warm mitkommt, klappt aber...

Hatte mich bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur auf meine Eisschokolade gefreut. Was habe ich erhalten? Eine ungekühlte Milch mit Kakaopulver mit einer Kugel Eis und Sahne für 4,80€. Bitte nehmt für ne Eisschokolade gekühlte Milch. Der Gast wird es Euch danken. Auf Nachfrage warum keine gekühlte Milch verwendet wird, gab es nur ne patzige Antwort. Das machen wir immer so.
