Sehr schlechter Service. PEP-Verwaltung sollte da was machen. war dort 3x in den letzten 3 Monate und das lĂ€sst sich immer bestĂ€tigen. Kein ausreichende Hygiene in Zeiten von Corona. Öfter wird auf Italienisch geflucht als ob das die Kunden nicht andeutend verstehen wĂŒrden. Immer unfreundlich auf KundenwĂŒnsche wird reagiert. Allein der Kaffee ab und zu mal schmeckt (solange man etwas GlĂŒck hat und die Milch warm mitkommt, klappt aber...

Hatte mich bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur auf meine Eisschokolade gefreut. Was habe ich erhalten? Eine ungekĂŒhlte Milch mit Kakaopulver mit einer Kugel Eis und Sahne fĂŒr 4,80€.
