Seoul Restaurant — Restaurant in Munich

The service could be more coordinated and structured. A smoother flow such as “greeting at the door – guiding to the table – drinks – order – meal” would create a more welcoming experience. Currently, the style feels closer to a casual cafeteria approach where guests seat themselves and call out to any available server, which can result in delays or missed orders.

For beer lovers like myself, I was disappointed to find noticeable buildup in the draft lines. It is important to clean the lines regularly, ideally whenever a keg is changed, to ensure quality. The weissbier tasted unusually bitter and sour, and we had to stop after the first sip, which unfortunately set a negative tone before the food arrived.

Regarding the food, I recommend the menu be refreshed to reflect more of the evolving trends in Korean dining. While I appreciated the effort to convey Korean culture in Munich, the menu felt somewhat dated and could benefit from some upgrades to make the dining experience more engaging.

On a positive note, the owner was very kind and welcoming. However, I personally may not return soon because the overall experience did not match what I was hoping for. It seemed that both the menu and staff training have remained unchanged for...

This place could be great, but during my visit I encountered a few things holding it back by a big margin:

food took forever to arrive (around 1.5 hours waiting time) some people had finished their main dish before their bowl of rice had arrived (why they didn't just bring a bowl of rice with every main dish is beyond me) portions are rather small (I was fairly full after eating my whole main dish plus a majority of the side of the dishes that are served for everyone plus my rice plus most of someone else's rice)

All the while being very expensive (15 € for one standard main dish).

I'm a little disappointed, because it could be a wonderful restaurant. But it's held back by quite a few details.

On the flip side, the food tasted very good. Korean food is different, even from other Asian food, so it's definitely something to experience. I enjoyed the visit because of that, despite the drawbacks.

Also, the owner apologized afterwards and said it had been a little chaotic because there was a big group...

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, die gebratenen Glasnudeln mit Rindfleischstreifen und einer Vielzahl an Zutaten zu probieren, und ich muss sagen, dass ich restlos begeistert bin! Das Gericht war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis, das mich rundum zufriedenstellte.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich das Rindfleisch loben. Die Streifen waren unglaublich zart und saftig, perfekt gebraten und mit einer köstlichen Marinade verfeinert. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss für meine Geschmacksknospen.

Die Glasnudeln waren wunderbar zubereitet - leicht und dennoch bissfest. Sie waren perfekt mit den Rindfleischstreifen kombiniert und bildeten die ideale Basis für dieses Gericht. Die Nudeln hatten eine angenehme Textur und nahmen die Aromen der anderen Zutaten wunderbar auf.

Die Gewürze und Saucen rundeten das Gericht wunderbar ab. Die aromatischen Aromen von Ingwer, Knoblauch und Sojasauce gaben dem Gericht eine würzige Note, ohne die anderen Zutaten zu überdecken. Alles war harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt und bildete ein ausgewogenes Geschmacksprofil.

Die Portion war großzügig bemessen und sättigend. Ich fühlte mich nach dem Essen zufrieden und glücklich. Das Gericht war nicht nur geschmacklich überzeugend, sondern auch optisch ansprechend angerichtet.

Das Personal im Restaurant war freundlich und aufmerksam, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und einladend, was zu einem angenehmen Esserlebnis beitrug.

Alles in allem kann ich die gebratenen Glasnudeln mit Rindfleischstreifen und den vielfältigen Zutaten nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Gericht vereint Aromen, Texturen und Frische auf perfekte Weise und bietet ein unvergessliches Geschmackserlebnis. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, um es erneut...
