TIJUANA Restaurant, Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Munich

The worst experience in a restaurant, I am from Tijuana and this place is nothing like there. Neither the food and even less the service. The waitress (a calve person, he didn't told us his name) was ignoring us all the time, looked at my eyes ,when I was reaching him out and he walked directly to the table back us, when we asked for more napkins he just walked away ignoring us, when I asked for more juice, just after couples failed times trying to call him, he made faces, when we wanted the bill, I asked for it,after at least 5 minutes he walked by couple tables go in and out of the restaurant and back to our table. He said oh you want your bill, then we waited at least for 10 more minutes while seeing him just giving more attention where the girls were right in front of us. Then I got tired of waiting and walked directly to the bar asking for my bill. where a nice employeee helped us.In that moment he came back.I wouldn't recommend anyone to go eat there or anything. This place is just blackling Tijuana's name. Hamburger was raw, quesadillas didn't have cheese and Caesar salad was a soup of dressing. We didn't complaint about food in the place during our visit because the experience with the waiter was the worst...

Unbelievably slow service. Went there tonight with a group of 7 others. We were there from 8:00 until 9:45p.m and in that time were were served one drink. Waited 40 mins to get served a drink and then spent the last 40 mins waving hands at staff in desperation firstly trying to get another drink and then finally trying to pay and get the hell out of there. Obviously there are differences in the speed of service culture from country to country...and it is in my experience much slower than normal in Germany...... but this was absolutely crazy. The waitresses moved at glacial pace as they casually moved from table to table with all the time in the world trying to find out the owners of the various drinks they had on their trays.... I can't comment on any other aspect of the place. It looks nice and the chips and dips were nicely presented.,.......but seriously...never again as...

Seit Jahren einer unserer Lieblingsbars gewesen bis Samstag. Wir haben vor drei Wochen für 15 Personen für einen Geburtstag reserviert. Ein paar Tage vorher, haben wir nochmal angerufen und die Reservierung erneut bestätigen lassen und erfahren, dass das Ipad geklaut wurde. Dort angekommen - die Bar war da noch sehr leer - wurden wir an einen 6er-Tisch gesetzt und haben lange diskutieren müssen, damit wir einen gescheiten Platz bekommen, wo auch ALLE 15 Platz finden. Der Kellner war extrem überfordert und schob es darauf, dass der Chef fehlen würde, dass es n Chaos ist. Der Laden war, wie bereits gesagt, leer und man hätte locker alles hinkriegen können. Nach langer Zeit bekamen sie es dann endlich hin. Bei der Bestellung wurden Getränke immer wieder falsch gebracht oder Getränke, die wir nicht bestellt hatten, ausgehändigt- und auch hier war es wieder eine Diskussion. Kommen wir zum eigentlichen Anlass: Geburtstag. Wir hatten,wie angekündigt, einen Kuchen dabei. Teller, besteck und Messer kamen ewig nicht. Dann baten wir die Kellner "Happy Birthday" spielen zu lassen und der DJ meinte, er habe jetzt keine Lust und würde das erst ab 12 machen. Begründung der Kellner: DJ darf das. Also verzichteten wir darauf. Aber keine zehn Minuten später (es war immer noch 22 Uhr sonst was) lief dann plötzlich happy birthday für zwei umliegende Tische und es wurden wunderkerzenartige Dinge gebracht!REINSTE VERARSCHE! ICH DACHTE DER DJ HABE KEINEN BOCK UND AUF ANSPRACHE TUN DIE KELLNER SO, ALS SEI NICHTS. Das hat uns gereicht. Also wollten wir die Rechnung, Kellnerin ließ sich eine halbe Stunde Zeit, um dann zu sagen, sie könne uns nicht alle abkassieren und die Rechnung nicht teilen. Was funktioniert in diesem Laden eigentlich? Rechnung bekommen - in der Karte steht 7.90 für einen Hugo - Rechnung Bosnier 11.90 - Begründung- oh, wir haben die Karte anscheinend nicht aktualisiert. Belege wollte uns dir Kellnerin dann auch nicht ausstellen - ihr Gerät habe versagt. Unglaublich. Unseren Geburtstag habt ihr definitiv ruiniert und ihr seid auch nicht mehr das, was ihr mal wart. Man hätte nichts dort zahlen sollen! Wenn der Chef sich persönlich noch melden sollte, wird das genauso weitergeben. Aber wir betreten diesen...
