Da Dora — Restaurant in Nördlingen

Waited 30 mins for a person to take a drink order, then another 40 mins for our 4 drinks to arrive. Total waited 1.5 hours for 3 pizzas and a pasta. The pasta was forgotten and came 20 mins later after we were all finished. The ruccola on my pizza was so sandy, it had not been washed. Crunchy in every mouthful. No offer of a free drink at the end of what was a very long evening. So to sum up, long wait, forgotten dish, forgot beer, and sandy pizza. I'm a chef and have run restaurants before. Its not hard. Auf meinen Vorschlag kamen meine Frau und ich um 17 Uhr mit Freunden und bestellten eine Pizza. Ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl, als wir die Pizza bekamen, weil sie geschmacklos und fast vollständig kalt war. Die Pizza muss vor Mittag zubereitet und am Nachmittag nur leicht aufgewärmt worden sein, ohne Geschmack, mit Zutaten, die trocken und vom Teig getrennt waren und kaum geschnitten und gegessen werden konnten. Zu sagen, dass ich enttäuscht war, ist eine Untertreibung. Ich schämte mich für meine Freunde. Jemanden so etwas zu servieren, ist eine Unterschätzung und Verhöhnung der Gäste.
