Pizzeria La Fontana — Restaurant in Nördlingen

Had to wait half an hour to get served, then an other half hour for first meal to arrive then another half hour for my wifes meal to arrive i had eaten mine by then. When we ask for bill we had to wait for a long time, when i got waitress's attention instead of bringing the bill she got the boss who told us to wait as they were busy. I protested that we needed to go he then became very rude, took our money and in a very aggresive manor told us to leave his restuarant this was all very public. It should be noted that tables outside are on a public pavement. As we left a German gentleman approached us and expressed his shame at the behaviour of the owner and apolgise on behalf other local traders as he is known for this type of behaviour. I can honestly say the only reason to visit this place is to wait a long time for very average food and really rude time...

was there to order a take away of 2 pizza's. I was politely asked to wait at the bar. After 30 minutes looked at the ober who took the order and nothing. Few minutes later he came back with two pizza boxes that he took from behind the bar somewhere. They were there for at least 15 minutes. Of course I needed to pay and after payment i I checked the temperature and of course cold ( waiting to be handed to the customer who ordered ). After expression of worry that it would be very cold when back home he grab back the boxes (Irritated) and asked the pizza baker to reheat in oven the two cold pizza's. .... of course after 1 minute in oven still cold at home and chewy chewy. Very strong disadvice to go there. It is totally unorganized and not a customer...

First, it took a long time before the staff brought us the menu. Guests who arrived after us had already been served. Then my boyfriend received a pizza that was supposed to be extra spicy, but it wasn’t spicy at all. I was served a pizza that had a baked-in bug. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was told it was a bug from the wood used in the pizza oven and that it was nothing to worry about. I didn’t think it was acceptable and didn’t want to continue eating the pizza. Without an apology or asking me first, the staff ordered a new pizza for me. We didn’t receive cutlery with either pizza—we had to take it from nearby tables ourselves. The taste of the pizza...
