Das Café hat definitiv Potential und die Besitzerinnen sind sehr nett und engagiert. Leider kann der Service nicht mithalten.

Wir mussten trotz Vorbestellung des Essens am Vortag fast 1,5h warten. Die Bedienungen wirken eher durcheinander und überfordert. Wir wurden mehrmals auf 5 weitere Minuten Wartezeit vertröstet. Ein ehrlicher Umgang mit einer realistischen Wartezeit wäre hier sinnvoll gewesen und wir hätten uns auf unser Gespräch konzentrieren können statt dauerhaft nachfragen zu müssen. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde dann zwischenzeitlich noch pampig und anklagend reagiert.

Es ist total schade, wenn das Gesprächsthema beim Essen hauptsächlich der schlechte Service ist und man dauerhaft die Balance finden muss zwischen dem Drang für das eigene Recht einzustehen und gleichzeitig dem Wunsch kein unangenehmer Gast zu sein.

Das Essen an sich war lecker und eine der Besitzerinnen war bemüht die Situation noch aufzuklären. Die angestellten Servicekräfte benötigen gegebenenfalls für solche Fälle noch etwas Nachschulung.

Zum Kaffee trinken ist Frau Elster aus meiner Sicht aktuell zu empfehlen. Unser Frühstück konnten wir leider so nicht genießen und werden in Zukunft wieder auf andere...

Very nice place for a breakfast or brunch, everything is vegetarian, clearly labelled vegan options available as well. The staff was super nice, the atmosphere was good, rather quiet when we were there. We didn't reserve seats and easily found a nice table on a normal Saturday morning in April.
