Tibet — Restaurant in Nuremberg

One of the better Indian restaurants that we have tried in the area with authentic Indian and Tibetan cuisine. The ambiance was great in the outside patio seating area. Service was excellent with friendly and helpful waiters. We started with the vegetarian and non-vegetarian momos, and they were delicious! They were served with salad and plentiful sauces, and we were almost full before our main courses arrived. The main course selections on the menu are plentiful, including many vegetarian options and authentic Tibetan choices. All of our menu choices were delicious and well presented. It was more than we could eat! 3 out of 4 of us had to take home about half of our meals to eat later on. In terms of value, their prices are good for the serving sizes. I have a little story to share about this restaurant, and it's not a happy one. In the end we just had cola and moved out for new adventure. So, We went there expecting delicious Indian and Nepalese food, but it turned out to be a disaster. The naan bread was undercooked, like it had never seen the inside of an oven. The momos were tough and hard to chew, like they were in training for a jawbreaker contest. The main dish was a real head-scratcher; I've had a lot of Indian food, but this was like it came from another planet. This is the worst restaurant i came across in Nuremberg. I have tried many Indian restaurants but this one had such weird, uncooked dishes that I felt like I have wasted my money. I tried their naan and it was undercooked and bland like anything. I tried their momos thinking it will give me a good nostalgic trip but the momos were tasteless. I literally couldn’t finish the momos. I would definitely recommend to try other restaurants.
