We came at 20:35; it was written outside that the hot kitchen is until 22:00 available. The waiter brought us the menus fairly early, but we waited until 20:55 before another waiter came to write it down (he looked disgusted and didn't try to communicate in English). They brought the drinks quickly. However, around 21:10 the waiter informed us that the menu from which he ordered the food for us was no longer valid and introduced another, shortened one. Since we didn't see any other food alternative in the city at that time, we ordered something simple and quick. In the end, we made it, but given the circumstances, we didn't really enjoy it. Server was pleasant and efficient. Food and dessert was delicious. I ordered the Wildgulasch, which is a venison stew, butter spätzle, some kind of berry preserve and blaukraut. Love the strong flavor of the stew in combination with the berry preserve and the mild taste of the blaukraut. For dessert, I have the chocolate milkshake; well, it's an understatement to call it a milkshake. It is made up of chocolate milk, vanilla ice cream, whip cream, sprinkle coco powder and a wafer stick. It has "dimensions", unlike your regular chocolate milkshake, which is kind of "flat". Despite the fact that place was quite atmospheric, they have big issues with service. Firstly, despite it's supposed to be a place for tourists, there were huge problems with communication even in English. Menu isn't translated and workers quickly get irritated when you're asking questions about it. Several dishes were out of service and it was a problem to understand it. Secondly, even though our group booked the places beforehand, staff wasn't prepared to our arrival and it caused severe delays in our tour.
