If you want to be insulted to your face this is the place to be.

Yesterday on the night shift, in the store located near the Gates K, I bought something to eat and the service forgot to give me the ticket. It wasn't 2 minutes later when I noticed and went back to get it. They were serving other customers and I waited for them to finish. The employee was very rude and impolite to me, he complained in German and called me stupid to my face, he got mad at me and talked to me like I was stupid literally telling me that I was the cause of the problem, that I had to be smarter next time, he was furious about something he forgot to give me, he didn't listen to me and just got upset and blamed me for the situation. I had never been treated so badly in my life and I felt totally humiliated in front of the rest of the customers.

I got severe food poisoning from the salmon bowl I had here on 07.07.2024 to the point where I had to be hospitalized. My partner already reached out to them but they take no responsibility. That was the only food I had the entire day so there is no doubt this salmon dish was the cause, also my symptoms started within 2-3 hours of having the meal. Now, It’s been more than 72 hours since, and I’m only just starting to regain health. I had to be absent from work due to this also. On a whole other note, upon paying at this “restaurant” the cashier asks you to select a tip. Really? I’m ordering at the cashier, take my own food from the counter when it’s ready and also take the tray back after finishing. This is perfectly fine of course, but on what grounds are they asking for tip? Tipping for operating the cash machine?...
