I was there with 2 friends and we ordered the salmon pasta. The taste of the pasta we had was great. Not too big a fan of the texture, though.

The other issue was that it got forgotten in the microwave and so when it got to us, it was lukewarm. I heard the microwave beep several times to remind them it was done. Then, as soon as I reached the middle, it was actually fridge cold! We had to send it back to be re-heated and when I did that, the employee said, "sometimes our machine doesn't work".

I stood at the serving window both times since the employee told us it would be served on that side. The first time, I was unnoticed for a good 10mins after hearing the microwave beep to remind them it was done at least twice, so I left to sit down at our table. The second time, another employee came over to take the pasta out and he took it out before the microwave was done. However, the microwave had clearly worked well this time since the pasta was steaming! The first employee told me "3mins" when I requested a reheat, so I know for certain that it was left in the microwave and cooling down the first time they microwaved it as we waited for about 15mins. They also need to make sure it has fully heated through. The middle of the bottom of the plate was as cold as a fridge, so it was not enough from...

No2: restaurants and coffees all over the world make coffee hot for us, you poor thing can’t understand that. The salmon sandwich, the baguette was really hard. You could tell it was not of the same day. I’m a bread expert, I bake it and store and I can tell if it’s a baguette that’s been sitting there on the counter more than 24hours.

The waiter basically shouted at us when we asked for extra hot coffee. He kept saying :”what do you mean. The machine is making it”. We said we don’t like it mild.

The seating and area look cozy but I wouldn’t waste my time and money at this place for the coziness if food and service...

A 4.4 star rating and 20€ pasta sitting in a pre-cooked pile at the window. I had to see for myself what's going on here.

Indeed there's nothing magical. It gets scooped up into a paper bowl and microwaved. In fact, I was ready to see this and not be upset if the experience is expectedly crap. The experience was not just crap. It was laughably, tragically bad.

Upon seeing the microwave open, I noticed they just crammed everyone's orders into the microwave, literally squashing the bowls together.

The least of all their evils is that my now partially burnt pasta arrived cooled down as the two overwhelmed employees forgot about the microwave while serving other customers.
