I ordered the famous breaded veal. The schnitzel was alright.but It was served with cold mash, I ate half of it because I was hungry and I also spent lots of money on the dish nearly 30 euro. On the side remains untouched is sad looking not fresh salad. I think because the plate was hot and when they put the salad on hot plate it just makes it less fresh. I told the waiter who was too busy attending other customers. The only one in large area. He said you are sitting here for 30 minutes. By the way untrue. I sat for 30 minutes but the food arrived after 20 minutes. salad arrived like this as you can see, No sauce or seasoning what so ever no olive oil no balsamic vinegar nothing. Just sad looking not fresh leaves platted on hot plate Zero food is quality. Zero and extremely rude customer service. A man with beard. French accent not sure what is his name. Avoid it if you can. I should have read the reviews before sitting here. Its one of the lowest in the airport and I see I am not the only one complained of rude treatment. When I tried to pay I held the card and put my napkin on the side and also put the fork and knife on a manner to show I am ready to pay. He looked at me and turned his back and ignored me for more than 1 hour like...
Read moreWe had a very unpleasant experience at this place due to one of the staff members. We were three people and asked to sit at a pair of tables that were next to each other. Another waiter was kind enough to try and join them for us. However, a different staff member—who was clearly aggressive and confrontational—intervened by yelling at her colleague in front of us.
Despite our calm insistence to sit there, she came back again, shouted at her colleague a second time, and then addressed us with a very rude and disrespectful attitude, essentially forcing us to move.
Even worse, about ten minutes later, we saw her doing the same thing to another group of three guests who simply wanted to sit and eat—they hadn’t even taken a seat yet, and she turned them away.
Later, one of her colleagues quietly admitted that everyone on the team is aware of her behavior, but no one dares to act, possibly out of fear of being accused of discrimination. Regardless of the reasons, rude and aggressive behavior toward both customers and colleagues is unacceptable in any service environment.
I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue, because the rest of the staff seemed kind and professional, and it’s unfair for one person to ruin the atmosphere...
Read moreI love the cuisine of this restaurant on Marienplatz, but I didn’t have a chance to taste the cuisine of this bistro. And thanks to the terrible service. Approaching the bistro, I specified that I would like to order dessert and tea and sit down at a table. Since the employee spoke German, I showed her to the table. An employee in German pointed me to the order desk. Well Ok, I ordered an eclair and tea at the desk, and a worker gave me tea in a paper cup to take with me (which already embarrassed me). Approaching with this cup in hand to the entrance to take a seat, the employee who sent me to the order desk, didn’t let me in. Cause the employee didn’t speak English, I went to the cashier for help, who made me tea, saying that there was a mistake and I want to drink my tea at the table. But I was rudely cut off, saying that I had a “take and go” purchase and that they would not let me in. I said I'd pay for another tea, which wasn't a problem, but the cashier turned away and just left. She ignored me and my questions. And I left my tea and eclair at the desk next to her, because I didn’t want to walk through the terminal with hot tea in my hand. My advice is to walk 50 meters and choose any other place with more...
