Many years ago this shop offered delicious food at reasonable prices. After a renovation the prices were increased tremendously and I avoided to eat here. Now after a long time I decided to give them another chance, but I was just disappointed from the food and the staff. I ordered a halloumi wrap from an unfocused employee. By the way the staff members were chatting with themselves and almost ignoring the customers, but when accepting an order they asked the same questions inattentively two or three times. April 2022, 18.30 Uhr) wollte ich von einem Mitarbeiter (mit schwarzen Haaren) vor meiner Bestellung etwas zu den Menüs erfragen. Über ein „Hallo“ meinerseits kam ich nicht hinaus und wurde sofort mitten im Satz unterbrochen. Der Mitarbeiter verwies mich völlig genervt und mit Missachtung an die Kasse und drehte mir sofort den Rücken zu. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren fast keine Kunden in der Filiale und es gab keine Schlange. Ich gab keine Bestellung auf, verließ die Filiale und werde auch nie wiederkommen. Obwohl es von Kundenseite bereits ähnliche Feedbacks gibt, scheint sich an der Situation und am Verhalten der Mitarbeiter nichts ändern.
