Surf and Turf — Restaurant in Oberding (VGem)

There are limited travelers and limited choices for food at Munich airport due to Covid restrictions. We went to this location today at 4 PM to ask what time they close for dinner. A male worker replied 6 PM. We returned to the Surf and Turf at 17:35 PM and were turned away for food service as the chef and server were in the process of closing the location for the night. Not sure why the staff didn’t provide correct information or why the kitchen is closed prior to 18:00. Just very aggravated as we wanted to enjoy their cuisine. Just hope management sees this review to ensure the individuals working at this location are not turning away business before stated...

I would give -5 if it's possible. The place looked temping. The food didn't look like the pictures shown. We had fish and chips and fried calamari. They were the worst fast seafood! The seafood was not fresh and tasted like rubby. It was cold and dry as if it was fried days ago. The fries were soaky and dull. Cheap chips from a supermarket are way better. Please don't get yourself trapped...
