Cafe Extrablatt Osnabrück — Restaurant in Osnabrück

Since I’ve been in Germany this has been the absolute WORSE restaurant I’ve ever been to That the vibe literally feels like they’re not even trying anymore, that they gave up on their life and decided to work here and take it out on the customers And I’m not even exaggerating when I say the service at this specific restaurant was sooo bad that they make McDonalds employees look like a five star restaurant

The waitress, whatever her name is, got every order wrong and took her time And not to mention her attitude was very unprofessional that she needs to be trained or go back to kindergarten so that they can teach her about mannerism and it was so bad that the other waiter ended up tending us 😂and she just gave up but I’ll say this though, she is clever that she removed her name tag so that we wouldn’t see her name

My recommendation is that either to fire her or have her retrained, honestly and truly honestly a little kid can be a better waiter have more professionalism at the same time

And to any tourist, foreigners coming here AVOID this place it really isn’t worth it It’s one of those chain restaurants that’s all over Germany and you can literally find one in Rheine, Münster or Ibbenbüren which I recommend the most They’re fast, and agile, and the staff is very friendly and the customer service...

We had dinner at extrablatt the night before. It was lovely waitress was very friendly happy with night staff. But the morning shift was a tottaly different matter.we waited half an hour to be served.got our drinks fast enough,my husband got told his straw for his juice be coning in a second,well that turned up 20 minutes later.Waited 1 hour for 2 bread rolls.had to go and pick some from the buffet.one hour later waiter came with my breakfast.i told him I got mine,he said I shouldn't do that,been told I had to pay for 4 breakfast not 2.the waiter didn't even had a reason why those 2 rolls taken 1 hour to make Not a happy customer at all so no more extra blatt for us very disappointed I think the manager should retrain his staff in...

The hot chocolate was not hot, maybe because of the cold cream but anyway the temperature of the drink was too cold. Too much different menus on the table
