While some (two people) said the customer is not king here, I am okay with that, because ice cream is king here. Also, who likes the feudalism anyways? Not to mention the tables say do not eat there if you ordered take-away.

I came her with my loving parents, sister and her wife. It did not disappoint. I was thinking about an ice cream shop down the street, but my sister-in-law insisted on this one, and boy, I'm glad she did.

There are your typical flavors and then some. I particularly liked their bowls and cups of ice cream with fruit, berries, etc. If those arent your speed, you can still get cones of ice cream. The bowls and cups they use are cutting-edge technology to keep the ice cream cold for longer (not that we needed it because we ate it all in 10 minutes). The spaghetti ice cream was a novelty and visually appealing, but not particularly different in flavor than your typical ice cream bowl with fruit and stuff. Not a critique or anything, just to let the curious customer know.

The food is delicious but the service is bad. I ordered a big fruit ice cream to take away just because there is no available table at the moment. After I payed for my ice cream I found a vacancy so I sit there for a while and enjoy my ice cream. A man just came to me and said I’m not allowed to sit there because I said I want to take away. What kind of rule is that?!!!!!! I believe it’s just because I am the only single female and there is a family coming to the store. Disappointing experience at this ice cream shop in Passau. We sat down after purchasing our ice cream, only to be scolded by the waitress for not paying the terrace supplement. The issue was that there was no English sign indicating this, and we weren't aware of the extra charge. The staff's tone was aggressive, and she even accused us of tax evasion. We would have gladly paid the supplement if we knew about it. A simple sign in English would have avoided this unpleasant situation.
