If I could give zero stars, I would. This place serves very basic ice cream, but what’s worse is the rude and unwelcoming attitude from the staff especially the men working there. As paying customers, we’re helping keep your business open, and the least we expect is respectful service. We’re not the only ones who’ve had a negative experience here just look at the other complaints. Unless you make changes in your current staff and start hiring new staff, you will go out of business. If you’re American, do not give this place any business. They were very rude and condescending to us. We wanted the big cup of ice cream and were yelled that the big cup is 3 scoops. Duh that’s why we would want the big cup. Also there was seating outside the mall where our family put our bags down to go buy the ice cream and they were rude and said ice cream to go can’t sit here. The tables were empty. The staff is quite nice but too be honest the whole café needs an update. Since the opening of the mall the interior, the menu nothing has changed and it desperately needs an update. Such as new ice creams that are vegan, lacto free and fresh fruits.
